For the past few days, I just ate broccoli salad. I need to lose those fats because summer is fast approaching and I need to look good for the summer! Say no to rice first and hello to veggies! :) Do you usually eat salad as well when you are in a diet? :)

I never diet! Anymore. I only changed my diet and went 4 sizes down to an 8. Well, I admit recently I put on a bit on weight because of my weakness to chocolates, so I am a size 10 now- but no worries back to my healthy eating it will be down in no time. I don't believe in diets and think its just torture! Coul never survive by just eating broccoli salad; so repect I must say!!

It could be a torture for you my friends if you don't love eating salads, but for me, I love eating salads and I love broccoli and I enjoy eating these kinds of food so it is not really a torture for me. :)

Oh -I do love salads and veggies. And fruit. I mean its just dieting I cant have. When I know I am going on a diet I only want to have all those things I know are bad for me...

I love a good salad, but to me a good salad is usually covered in a fat filled dressing. I do try to be good and have my salads dry and when we go out to dinner in the summers I usually chose a salad over everything else. My mum used to be on all sorts of diets when I was a kid so it was salad almost everyday for every meal in our house when she was on one!

Yes that is correct beautyfactor, but you can also look for less fat dressings for salads or dressing that has a low calories. :) you can always look for less fat. :) My mom always makes salad as well when she is on a diet.. :)

I think I may start eating salad. I'm thinking of things I can do to get to my goal weight. But salad may be apart of my diet. I too want to get a good size for summertime.

Yes, you should consider eating veggies only and avoid all the carbohydrates it will bring your weight down for sure, but you should never starve yourself that is already crash dieting and its not good for the help.. I cant wait to go to the beach!

Hmmm. have you ever tried juicing your salad? Sounds strange doesn't it. I use a juicer several times a week, and it is very easy to digest liquid fiber. What you want to run through the juicer is apples, carrots and lemons. The carrots will flush out your stomach, the apples are a great pot scrubber so to speak and the lemons will flush out toxins. I also have a fat burning drink if you are interested.

My parents have a juicer here at home and they use it regularly, they buy a lot of fruits so that they can get all the vitamins and nutrients from the fruits that they used. I have only tried it once so far but I will definitely try it again.. :)

I eat salads a lot, now. and I find I feel much better now. Also, you can put what ever you have on hand. Diets don't work for me, what I have done (since last July) is change my way and thinking of food. That has helped me a lot and i have lose 39 pounds. Have a wonderful evening Snowqueen
