initiatif is quality of leadership pushing someone to conduct something without having ordered or informed. the fact is leadership's have never been found in people who have not initiatif. you which must visit the leadership. leadership have never off hand visited you. you have to work and try beforehand to develop ownself before can lead, instructing,motivating, and altering other

You are probably right in saying that a good leader would have to show initiative that is the ability to think for himself and not wait for instructions which of courser would be an excellent quality to pass on.

I agree what did you posted about initiatif.nor of one less peoples who get succes in their lifes work without initiative.because the initiative is the head of everything whats we do after.
