Strawberry Short Cake

Do you love Strawberry Short Cake? I was at Wal Mart yesterday I found the Strawberries and the Whipped Cream but I could not find the Sponge Cake, any one know where they are hiding it? L.O.L.

My mom always makes biscuits instead of sponge cake....She just uses the recipe on the side of the Bisquick box. It still tastes great! And not overly sweet either.

I didn't know there was a recepie on the back of that box I have some at home I am going to check that out thanks!!

I took it all to make my strawberry shortcake. LOL But you made it to the Whipped Cream first so i have none :o(
Strawberry shortcake is one of my all time favorite foods. I love to go to the local strawberry patch, when fresh strawberries are in and pick them. Then I go home, run the strawberries under some water and make me a cake.
Walmart usually has angel food cake in their bakery section. Or the little strawberry shortcake cups with the cupcakes, Little Debbie, etc.
