Why is it that any online job pays only in the beginning.....to attract takers and later on vanish.Is it that they pay only to their own members???to just assure others that they are paying.Is it true?

I earn a considerable amount through the Internet, and you can say I make my living out of it. To pay all the bills, and my other living costs. Not only that, sometimes I could also make a considerable savings too, after paying for all the expenses.I like writing a bit more serious things.
