Love Sleeping? or Hate Sleeping?

i don't know if i love or hate sleeping. sometimes i do love sleeping because i can sleep for straight 20 hours :D believe me or not but i already did that. i slept from 10pm until 6pm the next day. haha! i can't remember why i'd slept that long but i think i was very tired that time. there are times that i hate sleeping :D it's not really that i hate it, it's just that i still don't feel sleepy like i don't want to sleep at all. haha. i've already tried not sleeping for 2 straight days and OMG! i've got enormous eye bags! LOL. dark circles and eye bags. Did you know that.. if you try not to sleep for 5 consecutive days, you'll start hallucinating and eventually you'll become mentally ill. and if you try not to sleep for 10 consecutive days, you'll be DEAD! this is true and it's scientifically proven. :) so what about you? do you love sleeping? or hate sleeping? ;)

I love sleeping because this is a way of rejuvination. I wake up early everyday, do a lot of things like household chores, going to market, cleaning. So after a loaded and tiring day of work and errands, I really look forward to sleep in the afternoon because if not, I feel groggy and tired. So I make it a point that I sleep even just for 2 hours, it helps alot to make me feel so good the whole day.

hi, i do love sleeping very much. it's rejuvinating. it helps you refresh and revitalize your cells..rest/sleep is very important to us human beings..so let us have at least 8-10 hours of sleeping everyday.

I also don`t know if i love sleeping or i hate it. Sometimes when i`m realy tired and i have enough time i love it, because after it i will feel much better, but sometimes when i have no time, i hate it because i want to sleep sometimes i need to sleep but i have million thing to do and i have no time for sleeping. It realy depends on that if you have time you sleep if you don`t have you don`t sleep.

well on a day to day bases i go to school on week days so i usually stay up till like 12am but sometimes cant sleep so i get really mad cause i love to sleep but i dont like going to sleep when i have nothing planned the next day

sleep is good for health body and your mind, but sleeping too long just make body and your mind become lazy .. like you said ... sleep more than 8 hours a day, can make you die

Actually, i love sleeping too... But the timings of my work made my sleep sometimes altered because iam having a shifting duty. Sometimes morning, PM and sometimes night duty. I think regular time of sleeping will give you a good sound sleep sleep....

yeah! i love to sleep..and there are may be very negligible amount of persons who may hate of sleeping..i know it is bad to sleep for a long time...it makes one lazy..and also effect ones health...but sleeping in timings is good and very mesmerizing.. For 5 day it is quite more for me.. i will become mad if i didn't sleep for 2 days in a row...It gives haunting feeling to me..to think about it..

Well I guess it will depend on our situation. I think I would love sleeping if I am tired from the activities of the day, I think I deserve to rest and sleep. But when I am busy at work and need to finish many things then sleeping would not help me do my task so I would not choose sleep to help me. But we all know that sleeping is part of our biological functions that need to be done to be recharged of anything that is of importance. I think that we should try our best to keep a healthy sleep every now and then to make our body functioning properly.

I don't think that I really fall into either of these extremes when it comes to my stance on sleeping. I know that I need to sleep because it is something that is necessary to have a healthy life. However, I don't try to hide from the world in sleep because I'm afraid that there is something that I will miss in my life. I am definitely a middle of the roader on this one. There are times, however, that I'm afraid to sleep because I'm afraid that there is something bad that is going to happen while I am sleeping.

I don't think that I love sleeping and I also don't think that I love sleeping. I tend to think that for me I fall somewhere in the middle. I sleep because I know that I need sleep to keep my body healthy. I know that if I don't get the kind of sleep that I require that I feel terrible and I really don't like the way that I feel when I'm not able to sleep. However, I don't like sleep because it scares me to a certain extent because it seems like all of the bad things that have happened during my life have been when I am sleeping.

I don't necessarily love or hate it. If lots of bad things are happening, it seems I just shut down and can sleep all the time. I just cannot function right. There is no way that I could go without sleeping. I would just go to sleep, driving or as soon as I sat down.

I love to sleep. I just don't get to sleep as much as I want to. LOL I've been trying to change that though after what I went through a few weeks ago... At one point it got so bad that I hallucinated I was up and about when I was really laying down. I could actually feel myself moving around in my house. I even thought I went outside a few times and could feel the cold all around me. It was so strange. The whole time I was in bed and my body felt so heavy. I couldn't move for anything, yet it felt like I did over and over again. Needless to say I relish my sleep now. I take advantage of it whenever I can. Happy mylotting!

i'm definitely one who loves sleeping. i've slept 24 hours straight, not even waking up to go to the bathroom. that was years ago when i was still young and really tired from not sleeping for days. now it's hard for me to stay awake once sleepiness calls. my friends jokingly calls me cinderella because i'd say i'm tired by eleven plus. i always have to be home before twelve...

I love sleeping and i cannot do anyworks without my proper sleep. I wonder some people say they dont like to sleep. My case is the best work i do is enjoying my sleep.

I love sleeping but not over sleeping! I feel dizzy and confused when I sleep too much. This means that I need at least 8-10 hours of sleep every night depending on how tired I was. Also if I have to recover some lost hours of sleep, I need to sleep more. 20 hours of sleep is a quite too much! I there anything wrong with your health or have you lost too many hours of sleep in the past? On the other hand, if I sleep too much and wake up late in the morning, my day seems too short.

oh yes sleeping is healthy and allows the body to recover from stress and break downs. I love sleeping. Thanks for sharing about lack of sleep facts, I think I had read something like that too.

I just love to sleep. I dont get to sleep for more than 8 hours at night but I get to take a nap in the afternoon. Taking a nap in the afternoon is really important for me cause if I wont be able to do it then I am going to have a very bad headache and I am going to feel very weak like I dont have the energy that will keep me going for the rest of the day. There were times before when I take a nap in the afternoon that I wont be able to sleep well at night but now that I am already working and doing a lot of things, I already love to sleep.

I love to sleep when I'm tired but so many times I can't seem to fall asleep because I can't shut my brain down for some reason. I am a worry wart and I believe that is part of the problem. The most I can sleep is between 6 to 7 hours a night if that, and that is a good night. I can't imagine sleeping 8 hours let alone 20 hours. Was it really straight 20 hours of sleep?
