how can i lose weight fast?

i really want to cut the fat in my belly. can anyone tell me how to lose belly fat fast without spending much? thanks!

If you want fast,the best way is walking in mountains. I don't know if you like climb mountain,if not,you can begins at 10 km a day,then 20 then 30,if you can walk 40 km a day you will lose weight fast. I have many friends who like walking in mountains,sometimes I walk with them;breathing fresh air,watching new scenes and lose weight. An ideal for your think. Good luck.

Not only exciting,but also tired hard.Some people who hasn't enough ability has to give up at halfway. We always go out at saturday ,rest at sunday and at monday we have to work again.

i have the same problem with you..after my friend share her story about how she loose her weight..after trying what she told me..i was very happy for it...now im loosing weight..and my husband is very happy for it.

I usually do the belly dancing, it really helped me burn by belly fats. It's an effective way of losing weight while having fun. The good thing about it is you can just buy the DVD copy of belly dancing, and perform it at home. You don't need to buy those expensive exercise machines, just have fun doing the belly dancing in the comfort of your own home.

It’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have. If it is a packed thing then the label is sure to have the calories that the substance has. Select an exercise pattern to suit your life style. All of us have different life styles and professions so there is no sense in trying to follow the book strictly. Try and follow an exercise routine that is suitable for you. You have to understand that even more important than the exercise it is sticking to it. So unless you choose something that can suit your life style, you are not going to stick on to it.

for me, i don't agree to losing weight fast... you can do it but slowly because for me if fast means you nedd to use artificial ones... my advised is just to eat slowly and chew your food well. eat small but frequent feedings. and at night better to eat foods that can easily be digested like fruits and try to eat foods rich in fiber not only for losing weight but for your general health,,,

It really is about reducing calories and exercise. And exercise does not have to cost any money. You could take up walking for example

if you're in the ideal height and weight category then i guess it is just your body type. i was like this when i was younger till i realized that i was the thinnest of the pack and yet still discontented with my belly. i could look then for a size smaller than a 24 inch waistline. some people tend to have a bigger belly really. see also britney spears before she became a mother. the tummy was flat yet you could still see a blubber of fat.
