Need Help With A Job Description

I was looking at the help wanted ads in one of those free weekly publications, and I came across a job that looked kind of interesting, but I'm not really sure what the job is and I'm hoping someone out there can help me.
The company's name is Man To Man........not really sure what they do, but I'm guessing it has something to do with products exclusively for men.
The job title is Fluffer......I'm thinking it has something to with pillows or mattresses.......of course a fluffer might also fluff things like marshmallow creme.
Also the job description mentioned, must be able to keep subject firm between shots...
So now I'm thinking "between shots?" must be some kind of vaccination center.......or maybe a shooting range.......or a pool hall.
But then again, the word "firm" in the description makes me lean more towards mattresses again.
I just don't know. 
Does anybody know what a fluffer is?
Have you ever been a fluffer?
Was it a satisfying job?
Was it hard?

In all seriousness though and just so you know Sconi and don't end up embarrassing yourself; a fluffer helps to keep all the pillows plump and comfy and you're right to have thought this initially. The "between shots" angle there must have been a typo and I'm sure they meant "between sheets" because this is obviously where pillows generally go! I'm occasionally a fluffer, but it's usually for my own benefit.

OOOOOOO!!!!!!! do ya get to wear a uniform?? I've never been a man fluffer before! I'm a lil jealous! I hope you keep your fluffy man....um.... fluffy and firm!
P.S. Don't forget to get your shots first!! apparently when you are fluffing and making him firm... they anticipate him getting a bit aggressive! I hope yours doesn't bite!
