i think it depends on your eating habits also. what you eat can be known by looking at your hairs, nails and teeth. so, just brushing them will not help. yes, that may help in preventing decay, tooth ache problems and cavity and all that but not healthy. to make them healthy one's diet should be good in dairy products where there is sufficient amount of calcium found a green veggies too. vitamin C i s also good for teeth, gums and skin too. what is the condition of your teeth today ? i have developed a cavity recently and it pains sometimes , not regularly, but i really feel bad about it. i dont have options to it, and i am too afraid to go to a dentist. the moment i enter the place i am all lost in my tooth and his tools. i start feeling something going on in my stomach. do you also experience something like that ?

True that two times brushing our teeth has proved good results .I do it regularly. This will overcome from any bacteria's attach on teeth.Teeth is the gateway of all the disease to enter our body .so if we keep it clean ,then there is no need to consult a doctor for any diseases.

brushing your teeth daily helps a lot in maintaining a healthy teeth.however, you shouldn't rely on brushing alone to have healthy teeth.you should also have your teeth checked by your dentist regularly.you should also eat food high in calcium,a mineral needed by our teeth to be strong.you can also take up multivitamins.

no merely brushing teeth wont help. We need to have a good diet too to stop our teeth from decaying. So its important that we keep our stomuch clean at the same time we brush

I am not sure whether brushing teeth twice a day will make them strong and healthy. But one thing I'm sure is that the teeth will be kept clean, and the possibility of tooth decay is lessened. Of course, brushing alone is not enough to make our teeth strong. Like what you mentioned, we should also eat foods that make our teeth strong. With an annual dental checkup, coupled with what was mentioned earlier, we should be able to keep our teeth clean and strong.

Yes, I really think that brushing two times a day will make our teeth healthy. This is one of the good habit of mine. We eat many things in a day. And as per advice of Dentist he always advices us to wash your teeth after teeth and brush two times a day so that any germs & decay don't attack. For a healthy teeth we always prefer to eat calcium, vitamin C . We see that most of the child are suffering from the pain in the teeth. Their Gums are decayed. Because they usually used to eat Chocolates and don't prefer the healthy food.

Brushing cleans your teeth of left over food particles. It is good to brush your teeth after every meal. And for me, I eat more than 3 times a day so I brush my teeth more than 2 times a day.

The way one brush their teeth determine whether his/her teeth healthy or not..means a man gives a more time to brush its teeth and brushing in well manner then it teeth remain in good condition for a long time and vice-versa..it doesn't means that the persons brushing two times a day makes the teeth healthy...

A lot of people are guilty of not taking proper care of their teeth. Anything you can do now in dental hygiene helps in the long run. Teeth don't grow back. If brushing numerous times throughout the day is what it takes, so be it.

I'm fortunate enough to have a pretty good dental-health record, and I try to keep it up by brushing and flossinf regularly. I certainly think brushing twice a day is a good habit and helps keep your teeth clean and your breath smelling fresh.
