our heat wave is over!

we finally had a more normal spring day today it was in the fifties and overcast and cool, but breezy and my dad asked me if I had a goodbye to summer party which I thought was pretty funny.
How was it where you are today?
was it more back to normal like it was here?

It was back to normal here too. Maybe even below normal. It was only in the low 40's today. BRRRRR. Especially considering two days ago it was in the 80's. At least this was supposed to be the coldest day. It is supposed to start warming up again slowly. It still won't be as warm as it was earlier this week though. By Tuesday or Wednesday we'll be back up in the high 60's.

nice that it isn't too hot anymore in your area. 
my part of the world is still summer until june. still relatively hot, but not as extreme as a few days back. we spent the day in a local resort, most of my family and i along with friends from my sister's org in their former school. the day has been nice enough although i didn't want to get too much sun fearing sunburn. hehe
have a great day ahead tim!

thanks! we always make sure we schedule a family activity during special occasions and holidays. i'm pretty sure before the summer is over we would probably schedule a couple more of summer outings at a different resort. all the kids are looking forward to that. especially with the food galore and given the opportunity for the kids to spend time with their cousins. hehe

yeah i can sympathize with you there about the sunburn as it has always been easy for me to get burned and that is why I don't stay out in the sun too long.
That was a pretty funny joke that dad said about the weather.
I hope you and you family had a good time at your resort always nice to have some family time not as easy when we get older to do that.

It was back to " normal". It was windy and cold. I liked it. I prefer fall and spring to the hazy, hot , humid, summers and real cold winters.

It was horrific today! It tried really hard to SNOW! I had to put the heat back on when I got up this morning. Not liking it one bit!

WOW, you have been busy. I have been going non-stop and very seldom even have a chance to log on to mylot. Most nights it is after 9 pm before I even get home. I have not been home since Thursday morning and just got home.
As far as the weather it has been much cooler here than it was the previous days. More like spring. I was beginning to think we were going from winter to summer without any spring.

when I have some free time I will get on here for a little bit or if I think of something I believe is worthy of a discussion I will try to put it up before I forget about it.
It was a beautiful spring day here just like I like it cool in the low 60's and a bit of a breeze, but very nice and comfortable.
My mom wanted to go shopping out of town today so it was nice to have a cool day on which to do that.

We are just starting to go through summer here in the Philippines and it's damn hot! It's good to have nearby resorts and beaches to go and soak the heat. It's unbearable sometimes, even at night times. Ah, climate change! And El Nino! After the storm, very large volume of water then here comes heat wave that nearly drained many water sources. Imagine the quick change of climates.

yeah it is tough when you have it go from one extreme to the next we went from cold and winter weather all the way to extreme heat and summer weather then the next day cool and cold and windy and raining and much cooler and colder weather and the sun was nowhere in site today.

Today was the first day it cooled off too. I live in PA and it has been in the high 80's. Now today its like 50. It feels way to cold. But I guess this is the right temperature for April huh. I want it to go back to the 80's.

It was colder here also. We broke some records over the weekend, it was so hot I had to turn on the a/c!! Now this morning I had to turn the heat on again. Crazy isnt it?
