Do you miss your mylot friends when they happen to be away for a couple of days?

Hi, friends. We all make great friends here while interacting with each other. Some of our friends keep active every day, but sometimes they may not be able to post in mylot for some uncontrollable reasons. If this happens, do you miss them or will you pm them to check if everything goes well with them? I don't know what you think about this, but I have to admit that I do miss some of my mylot friends if they happen to be away for a couple of days. I can't help thinking what can be the matter that keeps them away from mylot. It even makes me restless, so I feel like sending them pm to check if everything is fine. Sound stupid, right? What's your idea? Hope to hear from you!

ah that is nice of you to express like so, I have not made too many friends here yet, but I do miss the momentum when people stop posting.

Hi, climber. I don't have many friends here either. Some of them have been inactive for quite a long time, and some have never communicated with me. Though they are still in my friends list, they are not my "friends" in a strict sense. When I say I miss mylot friends, I only refer to those active ones with whom I exchanged views frequently. It gives lots of fun to know about their ideas and thoughts. PS: you are one of my friends whom I'll miss badly if you're away from mylot.

HI there, aww that is so cool of you, well is true. I like the exchange too, and here and there get to learn about other new things and places. I can't wait to get more of our discussions too. Thank you and I am happy we are friends here. I would miss you too if you are away, so lets work together and keep on the discussions going.

I have made some good friends in Mylot. If I can't see them for some time, I will miss them. So I will really feel happy if I can see their responses or discussions again. It is sad to see them leave. I love China

Hi. It's nice to hear you say that. Though our purpose of being here may vary, there's one thing in common, and that is we all make great friends in mylot, regardless of the number. I miss my friends a lot if they seem to be away for a couple of days. I even pm them to check if everything goes fine with them. PS: We all love China!

I too feel quite uneasy if my friends are away for long. For me it can even get to a single day. Though generally I assume it was some important task which kept them busy. I myself am not so constant, so each day missed feels like a lot. Funny if we get online alternate days!

It's good to find someone sharing the same idea, hora_fugit. I thought it might sound ridiculous to miss online friends whom we've never met as many people see online friends as "contacts". They think the relationship between them and their online friends is just impersonal electronic communication. But I never take it this way. I value all of my mylot friends and miss them much when they're away for some time. Thanks for sharing.

I do miss my fellow myLotters. Some of them have been here before I joined. I like the fact that there is a underlying comararderie. I loved MyLot from the very beginning. Happy MyLotting dl

Yeah, we all love that potential friendship established in our long time communication and understanding. In some sense, mylot is not just an international community, but a big family with a great many pleasant and friendly people who are eager to know more about others. I even find myself more and more addicted to mylot;-).

sure do, my friend. but i cannot afford to just make sniffy remarks in the brief moments i can have whenever i am busy... the quality will not simply measure to one responsible response or comment. and i don't want to do that...

I understand. It makes no sense just to post nonsense here, though this is what many people are doing all the time simply for the sake of earning. I'm not in favor of the idea that we need to steal time to make hasty posts regardless of the quality. Anyway, I'm always looking forward to your posts.
