I joined a matrix which uses Paypal and has been online since 2007.
I have already been paid twice from it (and another cashout ready which I have not yet requested). It costs $1 to join.
If you promote your link on your blog and to your friends and then explain to them that they should do the same, you will soon be earning from it too. You also get spillover from sign-ups that your upline receives.
