Have you ever thought to use your MyLot friends, as a source of comfort and compassion during times of strife and hardship in your life?
I think this is a great place, even if it is a general discussion, and an even better place to pour our souls out to our friends here in a private message.
So, as your MyLot friend, I am here to listen, and provide value in your life in anyway that I can. (Hopefully, I just be smart and listen)

I honestly believe that knowing that there are people that are available to talk to you almost all the time is one of the reasons that I am so drawn back to the site time and time again.
In the eight months since I've discovered mylot I've been able to pour my heart out to people. I've been able to make friends from all over the world that I may not have made otherwise. And, I've been able to keep my sanity during the long hours that my husband is working.
Hey, hearing from all of my friends on here that are still students has even inspired me to possibly go back to school in the near future.

That is phenomenal! Back to school eh, to what end? What do you desire in returning to school?
Sanity is over-rating, I am quite happy in my insanity, I even have a T-Shirt, that says, I do not Suffer from Insanity, I ENJOY every minute of it.
LOL, I am so very happy that you found a wonderful community to support you. I know what you will do what is necessary to succeed in anyway you want to in life, and I know that you know that I am hear for you!

Yes, I have used my mylot friends as well as my friends I know personally as a source of comfort and compassion. I think that's what friends are for. I was a little bit skeptical when I first joined mylot over a year ago and I wasn't sure if I would still be here. I'm really glad I stayed here, though. I have learned so much, especially from my friends who are overseas. For example, when I had that plumbing problem back in September, I learned a lot about how my Filipino friends got their water. It was very interesting. Kathy.

Awesome, I am glad to hear you have an improved support network, that is absolutely wonderful. I am here to my friend. I do not think, I recall a water incident, I may have to MyLot stalk you, but last time I did that I was a week answering 2 year old discussions....
