It's normal to cry you know. Sometimes we need to do it to let out all the pain and the hurt we feel. Take it from me, you will feel your burdens become lighter when you cry, crying is effective. Anyway, what made you say your husband is boring? Maybe I can help.

It is the best thing you can do , divert your minds in anything that change your mood maybe there are things that can make you cry. Do not take it too much so that you can prevent it from crying, it is not good to see a women cry it sounds irritating to others.

Would it be possible for you to see a counselor? If you're not fond of being on an anti-depressant and don't want to see a psychiatrist (many people don't), you could always go see a trained counselor. Or if you attend church, perhaps someone in your clergy? People seem to think if one is depressed they will be put on medication, but often times just getting counseling works. Whatever happens, I hope you find someone to talk to. For the past month I have been crying every night before I fall asleep. I don't tell anyone because there isn't anything anyone can do. My grandfather passed away about a month and a half ago. And at night when I'm lying in bed, all I can do is think. Think and pray. During the day I can keep myself busy. But at night the silence leaves me too much time to grieve. And I cry.

you are female, there are often times when lots of females, especially at certain times of the month, can find any reason to cry I'm more of an "Abby Normal" female, I seldom cry or for very long if I do.

hi there, i can feel for you. well i don't usually cry (unless i'm watching a touching movie...hehe) but there are times that i just feel like crying. i feel so lonely and kinda sad. i feel like i'm tired but all just last a day or 2. i think one reason for me to feel this way is because i am living far from my parents, and my husband, well he's not boring but there are times that he's really really busy and i am usually left alone in the house. sometimes i get bored with myself...and there my mood starts to swing...sometimes i just wake up in the morning feeling so down...one thing i know is that i am missing my parents and even if i wanted to be with them, i just can't do. its just good on my part that my husband is there to console me and try his best to keep that feelings away...but sometimes i just can't stop myself and i cry in front of him saying that i am kinda tired and missing my family... anyway, on your part, do you have a child? me, i don't have so this is another thing for me. but if you have, you can focus your attention with them and try to do some activities with them...or maybe you can go out and enjoy...don't confine yourself in the house...that's what i do sometimes, i go out with friends and unwind...

I used to be a weepie too. When I feel sad or angry, my tears would flow down before I say something. It's not a bad thing to cry, but sometimes crying is really annoying, especially when things are not so bad to cry for. Tears can make air sad and embarrasing, especially in some situation that people need laugh or courage or happiness. So controll your tears to make it more valuable.

No, I do not cry often and do not want to cry. At a time it’s difficult to stop me from crying, when I come back from my native place to my work place, I try not to cry but II fail to stop me from crying. Last time I cried was the same situation, coming back from home. I think we should not stop our self from crying as it gives you some relaxation. When I tried to stop me from crying, my throat was paining and hard to come out of that unless I cry loud. Be happy and I expect not to cry often. :)

Psychologists say it is good to cry. You are able to relieve yourself of ill feelings, so go ahead, it's for free, cry when you feel like crying. One day you will be tired and your eyes will be dry from too much crying.

we both the same. i cried almost everyday. every time we got argument with my husband. even just a little argument. he said im just too over reacting with the situation. but what can i do, i can cant control myself, i wish i could. and he ask me, why am i crying. its just an argument. For him its nothing, but for me it can make me feel very sad that sometimes i want to leave him. maybe this is the disadvantage of hysterectomy (when you go under surgery, remove your uterus for some reason). maybe there is some medicine for a hot tempered person.

Yes,we are the same. Recently,I adjusted my mind-set. Try to see the bright side of the thing.when i focused on one thing and couldn't find the result or began to feel sad,i did my best to shift my attention . I feel better. Your husband is a hot tempered person? Thank you for your response.

I think many girls are crybabies.Take myself as example,I will cry when I watch a touching movie, when I feel happy, when I meet a old friend, when I am afraid and so on.I do not think cry is a very bad thing. But for man,cry is boring if you often cry.I think you should make your life hopeful and sunshine.Try to look at the bright side.If you smile more, you can get more love from you hubby, you will be happier.

Do you have health problems?Do you have a bad man, an inconsiderate man or wife beater for a husband? THen I understand your trauma. On the other hand , do you have some expectations from someone else?- Are you disappointed because your expectations are not met? THen I would suggest something.-Keep your expectations from yourself and try and do soemthing productive for yourself. It can be any small thing-like preparing a dish, practising some craft ,some house cleaning, gardening --whatever is within your means .Do this simple task to the best of your capability an d start taking pride of performance. You would feel happy for your own sake.Engage yourself in some productive activity . Or there is an even simpler solution.Take a good romance or humorous book and read .THere is no better escape route than reading. Streamline your activity and keep yourself busy through the day.Keep performance as your motto. You won't feel like crying.

I don't have health problems, my husband is a considerate man.He is worried about me.and he always persuaded me.Properly speaking, crying make him boring and fidgety. Yesterday,he said to me. I always cried because i thought about something, and coundn't find the solution for the problem, maybe the thing was not near me,maybe it was no chance to happen .but i thought a lot a lot ,made me want to cry.

Yes I cry when I feel like crying. There is nothing wrong with that. Sometimes when I am bored, i listen to music. if I listen to songs that is really sad I cry. Sometimes I cry when I want to sleep. I just remember the saddest events of my life and I will cry instantly. there is nothing wrong with you. That is just normal. When you are sad and you feel like crying, just cry. You will stop crying though. There are just times you will feel unhappy, because it happens to me too, but not all the time.

if you want to cry, please cry. not been indicted. sometimes crying can make us glad. I often cry because of problems I faced. I always cry if I want. I never hold back. because after I became a cry of relief, as if half the load had been lost. indeed many people cry no avail, but if you make a better relief to cry.

Yeah, as far as I am concerned, I think there is no chance for me to cry before a person , no matter who he is. I just as a man, I do not have the right to cry. I just need to try my best to make a happy life for my family. I have the responsibility to do this.

What could you do when you feel sad?
• United States
13 Apr 10
Yes, I always cry. Before I had children, I always enjoyed being someone with a tough personality. Someone that doesn't cry so easily. Now that I have children, I cry when they go through a major milestone birthday, when my husband does something really sweet, when a really sad part of a movie comes on. I just love to cry. It actually feels really good and like a cleansing in me. It is a really good way to remove any pent up emotions for the day. If you love to cry, go for it.

Try starting a journal or notebook. When you feel you start to cry, write down the thoughts you have in your mind, no matter how silly or stupid they are. When you calmed down, go back and re-read them. See a pattern what made you cry then work on it. Don't just stuck on that idea, make things that turn into positive. In a little way you can overcome crying without any further reason.
