Hello! You wanted to say if I would have just one choice a car or a house? My choice would definitely go for a house!I would like to have a house even if it would be quite small one! I am currently living in an apartment and I feel that his space is not enough for me...so house is really a dream for me! I would like to have a two floor house with a garage even if I wouldn't have a car for a moment! I would have a big siting room and very nice bedroom with king size bed! Happy mylotting!

hello missweety .it is right.if u have only choice! u choose a common choice the house.the family is living by the house ,even if it is small,but it will give us more comfortabe and more walm happy mylotting too

Hello Pingfanderen11! I would definitely choose house!..I can live without a car but I can't live without a house..It's one of man's basic needs and aside from that the value appreciates especially when you have a nice location.. Happy mylotting..

I would by a house. Houses don't usually go down in price. After increase in price of my house I will sell it. And maybe from there on I can have a smaller house and a new car. Great investment actually.

moblie house is a good choice.both the house and car are contain.if let u choose, u think that u can accept the high price.i think that which is a long dream for me i am a single ,so i wanna buy a new car,when i have a wife,i have to buy a house i will have a big family

If I only have a choice between a car or a house, I would choose the house. A house is an investment that will give you a return. A car's value will just keep going down. Even if its a collector car, finding someone to buy it won't be easy. Everyone needs a place to live. You can even rent out the house to make more money.

i will take the house cos this can save up my money i do not need to go and rent a house so every month i must pay the rental that makes me very headache ,a car is also good cos i need to go to work and go around a lot but when i think a bout the fee and many thing like parking car fee or oils i will not choose it.

i would go for the house. it's tough having to pay rent every month like what i am doing right now so it would be such a relief if i don't have to worry about paying the rent anymore. i hope that it be a reality soon :)

Of course the hause is the best way for me.Cars always become old so a year later you would need a more modern one while if you buy a house and it is the thing you wanted you may use it for your whole life.

I would go for the house. It is really tough to pay house rents. I would live in one portion of the house and rent out the other so that I have an additional income.
