what's happening to the world?

actually the earthquake in china is 7.1 magnitude reported in my country,and people who killing in earthquake is more than 1140 and which still increase.i am so sorry about the earthquake and people there. it has been reported that from July,15,2009,for 9 months so far,our earth has suffer 24 times of earthquake of magnitude 7 or more. i never believe 2012 when i saw this film,but now i somewhat believe it and scared about it.i dont know what is wrong with our earth.but something must happen,which recollect me that ever before what happened to dinosaurs.

2012 movie is coming to reality...

Hi it is certainly not new thing and these eartquakes and tidal etc had been always there, it is because media and communication systems are so strong that message going to whole world very very quickly and help and restoring facilities also gets arranged very fast,secondly as science is playing with nature that will also lead many disturbances in system and frequency of earthquake etc perhaps are high, the statistics of earthquake will tell this. Let us wait for 25 DEC 2012 when astrologicaly and scietificaly major distructions are predicted.

There have been a lot more volcanic eruptions lately too, Iceland only yesterday. It is the constant reshaping and reforming of our planet and quite natural, but it seems so much more noticeable now

Yeah I woke up this morning to an email from the New York Times in my blackberry about this earthquake and I was just so shocked. I mean mother nature is seriously trying to tell us something. There may be people out there that may deny the whole global warming thing, but I mean come on! Haiti, Chile, Japan, California as well as the Philippines and now China. It's so depressing to see so many people die and get hurt because of this. I am glad that you are okay and I hope that nothing else happens because this is a lot to take in.

This happens due to erosion of soil, sea water continues move to flow around this earth. Everything have age, if it's time all that is on earth will be annihilated. This is not the end of everything for us to apply all of which overlook our god, He is Forgiving and Merciful. If calculated from previous years maybe already be hundreds of millions of souls who are victims of natural disasters. Repentance is not unilateral, everyone must repent to receive forgiveness from god.

sometimes it really is scary when acts of nature are a little too frequent and near. i read though of some 'conspiracy" theories that these acts are "man made" using technologies only known to very powerful few. this the theory claims is to "brainwash" people into thinking that the end may be near and maybe something will happen in 2012 (not catastrophic i hope). i still hope this is not the case and that all things are natural. PS: i live in a condo and experienced it too. my concern was the 30 floors above me, hahaha. my mom is advising me to live in a house instead.

I hope it is not also. Ih has been happening to some countries. Everything that is happeing now is in the bible. It will really happen. But ever will happen whst is important is that we are prepared. Anything can happen it may not be the earthquake. It is just a sign that we don't own the world we are just a living creature here same as animals same as other things in the world.

i think because of global warming. some other people there's no values to their country and the result is like earthquake, landslide tsunami and other. i'm here in Valenzuela Philippines and feel that earthquake. somebody help the world please cooperate and give love to our country to change the globalization.

The statistics ( that you can easily find on the internet) shows that this phenomenon takes place very usually ( almost everyday), but we just count on the significant ones with terrible dammages. Your country situate in the Pacific Ring of Fire, so you may encounter earthquakes and vocalnic erruptions more than in the other part of the world. But, don't worry too much about the end of the world, if it comes you can't do nothing to stop it.

The same thing that's been happening for thousands of years. The number of natural disasters is not increasing, just our ability to detect them, and the means by which we spread word of these events has improved, and is able to reach more people. These things are happening everyday all over the world. We only notice when it effects people.

I truly believe something is going on and it alot worse then previous years in my opinion. There have been earthquakes in Haiti, Turkey, Hawaii, Taiwan, Philippines, California and Chile. These are the ones I remember I'm sure I have missed some. Now they are saying that California will have their big one in September. I sometimes believe the end is near for us as we know it.

earthquakes occur to remind us to remain humble and at the same time, to take the lives of people who are tired of living in this harsh world, giving them everlasting peace. i view it that way.

Please do not get panicked with all these happenings. What ever has to happen will happen precisely and this is the wonder of the creator.He knows very well as to what has to be done at what time and which place. So it is botheration. Our botheration is to pray him regularly for the well being and good health and peace in the world. This is our foremost duty which we are all forgetting engaged in the worldly activities.
