How do I add a picture for a new topic? (flyer)

Is it possible for me to add a photo for a flyer? I started a new discussion for LibriVox.org which is a free public domain audio book site and I would like it to have a proper picture for the flyer instead of just some generic one made of of a computer with www written on it. It looks really bad and it should have its proper logo. Can anyone help?

You can only add a picture when you see the number 500 or above on the side of your name on mylot. Mylot has rules and maybe reading them again won't hurt you. Also make sure you read the guidelines as they have certain guidelines on what you can and can not post on here. I would like to add pictures to my post but i barely ever do because i usually am mylotting while at work and i don't want to use my computer at work for pictures.

I don't need to create it - it's already been created. It's the logo for Librivox. I just wanted to add it as a flyer instead of the boring one that is being used now, but thanks anyway.
