I would say the only way to control it is to make people think more before they get married. You have to get a permit and practice before you get your driving test right? So I would say you have to go through something similar to get married. If you want to get married you file for a permit "engagement". Then during that time you should have to take trainings and exercises to help you learn more about each other and what it takes to be married. Challenges should come up and be dealt with. Then after all that, if you still want to marry each other go for it. lol. That would be something wouldn't it?

In the Catholic Church, engaged couples are required to go through classes for six months before the anticipated wedding date (I think some other denominations do as well, but I could be wrong; I'm just speaking from my own Faith.). There is no getting out of this. I think that this makes the couple much more equipped for the rigors of marriage and child-rearing because it gives each person more of an insight into the other's person's views on what marriage will mean and what kind of role he or she wants to play.

the only way by which divorce rate can be controlled by mutual understanding.I recommend the parent that before arraigning a marriage, you should ask her/him about his concept of a boy/girl and should execute the marriage on according to that guy's wish.

People must consider divorce as a non-option. This means that divorce must never be an option for the spouses to consider in their marriage. Despite good relationships in a period of time, if the couple considers divorce an option, they will eventually decide to use it. Instead, resolve relationship problems as if you're into this together for the rest of your lives. Since there is no going away, then they must do their best to make the marriage work.
