Oh my I didn't know this would last long. I have been playing online games 24 hours. I played online poker and modern warfare. Got me addicted. I can't sleep and my body doesn't want to. Now I feel exhausted and ready to sleep. I think I'm developing insomnia. Can somebody tell me how to get to sleep.. what if this happens again.. How do you try to get some sleep.. (Exhausted) ^^

Well because of poker which involves money.. then I can't get out of my sit. I would lose it if I don't play. And while waiting in between breaks.. like 20 min. I played modern warfare 2. My snacks are just beside me... But i really did not feel sleepy at the time nor wanted to go to sleep. And I'm not in sugar rush mode.

I think it's only you who can help out yourself. You know the cause of your staying up, it's the desire to win in your games. So I think, a little discipline to yourself, I know it's hard though. Work out your brain to tell yourself to relax and get to sleep, your body responds to what you put into your system. Since, even you wanted to sleep but something is contradicting, that is the will to stay up for the game, then you would really stay up. Sleep is important for all of us to stay healthy. happy mylotting!Good night!

Just as i saw ur topic i got registered for the online casino game. I am told we can make money by playing games. But there is stiff competetion. Can anyone suggest a good site of games and making money at the same time?

Try to meditate and reflect on your bed. This will refresh your mind. Try also to recall your past experiences - good or bad - this will alter your state of consciousness from gaming. It may trigger your feelings like fear or happiness. This may relax you from gaming.

Wow I do not stay that long online. I think you should take some rest so that your body could regenerate. If your sleeping is still hard to come by, try consulting a doctor about it before your health collapses already. having little sleep will be hazardous to your health.

That would be really tough for me to do. I would have to take breaks during the 24 hours to do other stuff like eat or use the bathroom. I think if I am having troubles falling asleep I would go see a doctor and see what kind of help I would get. Then maybe try to get some sleeping pills to help me fall asleep. Or try some relaxation techniques to relax the mind so I can sleep easily.

hi nykel88 I have a mild insomnia problem and I listen to classical music until I feel really drowsy then I slather body lotion on my dry din on my arms and legs. Even it you are a guy you could still us my music and body lotion idea as it soothes and mellows you into sleeping' mode..try and see if it helps also try listening to some Mozart as his music has a soothing sleep inducing quality.

There is a lovely phrase that may well apply to you hun, *get a life* after all spending 24 hours playing online games is hardly good for you is it. Step away from the computer, settle down and relax.

Sometimes it happened to me that I cannot sleep, that's most probably because you're over tired. Maybe you can drink some camomile or tea and then go again to bed.

I haven't been on 24 hours, but there is a really fun slots game on Faceboook that I've gotten quite hooked on. I have a goal, and play until I reach that particular goal, even if it means being on line for most of the day, playing the game. LOL I just reached my goal for tonight, so now I'm doing something else. I may play again tomorrow. :)
