Sea Fish Varieties

The vast sea contains many species of fish, I have tasted many sea fishes likes varieties of snappers, perches and salmons apart from seer, shark, eels, cat fish etc... how many types of sea fishes you have tasted.

I love sea fish. There are more varieties in sea fishes than we see in fresh water. i love pomfret and prawns very much though its become very expensive and out of my reach. unlike fresh water fishes, sea fish are more healthier and hygienic

Have you tried parrot fish/shankara/pink perches, they are cheap but taste like prawns and pomfrets, it has more flesh than pomfrets/prawns.

Good fish - These are called Parrot fishes or Pink Perches or Shankara.

I have tried quite a variety of fishes but wouldn't know what they are named in English as most of the fishes that I've tasted are known by their local names. Shark is not very popular here and it is the cheapest fish in the market. I like to eat tuna better.

Yeah, shark fishes are cheaper, but the shark fin soup is very expensive and one of the delicacy in star hotels.

there are a lot sea fish variates . i like very much sharks sea cats.....
