What are your signs to know if the guy/girl deserve your love for a lifetime?

You will know when the time comes and when she is not the one you will have a feeling that she is not. it really depends on you and you no one else can define it but. YOU!!!

What I know is that if a guy deserves a second chance, I can sense he's being sincere and if he's actually telling me the truth. I need to see him looking at me in the eyes and tell me the reason why he deserves it. But if he'll keep doing the same mistakes again, and the pattern goes on and on, I don't think I can live up to it.

So many factors go into the decision making process of choosing a love for a lifetime commitment. Sometimes we can fool ourselves. Our hearts can overrule our hearts and head us into euphoria or trouble. one sure sign that you have found a deserving one is having the one you love do your bidding without question. Love and sacrifice go hand in hand. Who could ask for more?

That's a tough question. I had a boyfriend where I felt like I wanted to be with him for the rest of my life, but it didn't work out. I got a bit too clingy and he got a bit too argumentative. I had the feeling then, but obviously I was wrong. So I would definitely say it should be more than just a feeling. I think it's probably not a bad idea to get the opinion of your friends and how they see you with the partner you're considering as a lifelong partner. I also think it's important that you feel like you can say and do anything that's part of who you are around the person. You don't want to be stuck with someone who you have to hide a part of yourself from. For me I still look for the feeling, but then I investigate a bit after I feel the feeling to see if it's the real deal, or if I'm just caught up with being in love in the moment.
