Just when do you say... "I've had enough?"

I know people - very intelligent, very patient, and loving... in terms of every aspects in your life (love life, work - finding jobs, friendship, helping family) ... For me, there are a lot of things, awakening me from a sound sleep, like everything seems to be okay, i am coping well - and then i would just say.. I've had enough of this and i need a change in my life.. and i would go and apply for a new work.. or i would realize the friendship i am keeping is not worth it at all... so i would just stop being a freakin' shock absorber and would just walk out! Sometimes, no matter how you try.. you just lose your patience over things... :( Just when do you say you have had enough? When does your love for someone, your love for your family, and your patience for your work, your understanding of your friends end?
