Yes, I am, and have just ordered the new CSIRO no 2 diet book. One, I hope it works, and two, I hope I stick to it!

Everytime I lose it, it sneaks around to my backside and hides there! I keep telling myself that I need to get control of the situation, but it seems to be a losing battle lately.

Good luck. I too am trying to drop some weight. Sympathy pregnancy weight. About 2 years ago, I dropped 37 pounds in 2 months. Was working my tail off in a new retail job and not eating much. Can't say that's the best way, but it worked. I have now put 27 of it back on. Honestly, the best shape I've been in in my life I used a simple method: Make sure to eat breakfast. Oatmeal preferably. Eat a snack at around 10am. Lite lunch at 12 or 1. Granola bar at 3. Grilled chicken/Fish/Salad for dinner. Incorporate as much fiber as possible. 3-4 days a week workout - 15 minutes brisk run on treadmill. 1Go right into a circuit of 25 crunches, 10 pushups, 10 squats, 10 curls, 10 lunges. Circuit 3 times. Gotta build some muscle tone as well as do some cardio.

the best thing to do if you want to lose weight is sweat, the more you sweat the more weight you will lose simple as that, hit the cross trainer for about 45 mins, make sure you are wrapped up well, t shirt jumper hoody ect, boxers wear sweatsuits to drop weight when they are training for a fight so take heed and do the same, i know wrapping yourself in clingfilm will get plenty of funny looks at the gym but i bet you will see quicker results. so the idea is to do cardio dressed like an artic warrior and i promise you it works!!!!!
