are you run for food when get stressed?...

I do,:(....i have to think a lot thing in this week,happy thing,sad thing and worry about so many thing so is hart to sleep and keep me a wake,then when nothing to do and tired of thinking i start to eat anything that i see anything that i like is going to my mouth like i am throwing garbage though i am not garbage bag and in one week my friend start say to me you going fat,you are bigger now and more thanks to them by saying that kind word that make me realize i should not being stress and be healthy so now i back eat normally and stay healthy cut off my 2 kl over crazy fat...is not too late to have a sexy body again....if you were stressed what will you do?eat or what some how need to know:))

If i feel stress i will go to balcony and i will take a deep breath fresh air and watch people moving there on the road if i know any one say hi and talk to them, if no body is there i switch on to the music and sit or sometimes i will do gardening to get diversion from it.

i will never go for an eating. i have caloric conscious.

I just sit down, close my eyes and meditate. I never shift my stress to food for a dish of food undoes hours of physical exercise.

hell0 there! no i don't run for food when I get stressed, because i know that in moments like that people should not eat that much, because when our organism is in stress and we eat, all the staffs gather in the blood and the organs and it is really not healthy!

When I am on stressed especially heavy ones I think i will be online most of the day. I will play my favorite online games such as hero on line or watch anime cartoons. I could watch it on the internet twenty four hours. I don't eat that much because there's not much to eat anyways. If you are in great stress for some reasons then excessive eating is a big no. It will only add more pounds to your body and lot's of fats but if you can go for vegetables or fruits then go for it. Much better than meats or beverages. Eating the right foods can help but eating the wrong ones will add to your stress.

as my experiences i will be not eat when i am stressed,and i am just goin to sleep and keeping my self in bed as always..
