You know that you have to eat less in order to lose weight. But it is difficult to change your old habits, isn't it? Any one show me the tips which show me how to eat less and still enjoy my meals?

Eating less will not make you slim or loose weight. You have to work hard in doing exercises and some-other activities suitable to you. Once you are habituated to eat sufficiently to fill the stomach this will become standard and you cannot reduce that - in case if you reduce by force then there sill be some other health problems. To avoid all these work hard and if you are a rice eater then shift to chapatis depending upon your digestive capacity.

One excellent tip which you don't often see mentioned is to chew each mouthful thirty times. Not only does this help the stomach digest the food better but it slows down your eating. Most over-eating is simply because many of us eat too fast and swallow our food before the stomach has time to send signals back to the brain saying that it doesn't need any more. Another tip is to drink more with your meals. I don't mean to excess, of course, but if you usually take one glass of water to wash the meal down, try consciously taking two. Eating less is not the only way, of course, to lose weight. It is just as important to eat the right foods and a balanced diet as well as good exercise are both the most important things to concentrate on. If you want to lose weight (or, rather, to lose unsightly and unnecessary fat) then your calorie INTAKE must be less than the calories you use in exercise but the other nutrients and fibre that you need must not be skimped on, either!

Hello dear, You don't have to eat less in order to lose weight. All you have to do is to consult a dietitian, ask for a diet chart and then minimize your fat intake as much as you can. Exercise is one of the most effective method of loosing weight. If you start eating less that would in turn damage your body more than the weight would have done. Enjoy the meal. That is really necessary and please, do see a dietitian before adapting any random diet chart. Thanks God bless you

Hello! It depends what diet you would like to use to loose some weight. You can try meat diet, do not eat any potatoes, white bread, cheese and milk products. You can try eating milk products, do not eat meat, potatoes, white bread or just fruit diet, eat just fruit! So it's up to you. but I would suggest eating less white bread (or don't eat it at all), potatoes and sweets! From fruits try to avoid eating apples because they will make you hungry, bananas because they contain a lot of sugar as grapes. Happy mylotting!
