Fashion Trends

I have been hearing a lot lately about how everything comes back into fashion. What is your favorite fashion trend? Or, could you care less about fashion? The decade I think of when I think of fashion is the 80's. I was a teenager in the 80's and there were so many trends then. There were leg warmers and Michael Jackson jackets! Wearing pins was also really popular! Can you think of any trends now or in the past that you like or hate?

I think I love the fashion trend as it is now. I love that it's a mix of all the decades, yet it has it's own sophistication and it's chic. It's also more broad now, that people are more willing to take risks, and then manage to pull it off. :)

Yes, there are a lot of styles right now. I like the way some people look in today's style. I think you need to have a pretty good figure to look good in some of the styles, though.

I definitely agree on that. I'm a bit on the plus size now, and some cute fashion nowadays doesn't look good for me. But then, I get to play up my style more since plus size fashion is emerging as well. :)

OK. I am having a really hard time getting my responses to stick today. I don't know what is going on. Oh well, I will try again. I really loved the 80's. I loved how fun we dressed then and how our clothes always made a statement. I loved the hair and the make up and everything. It was fun decade for clothes. If it were up to me now everyone would wear comfy sweat pants and big comfy over sized sweatshirts.

LOL! I agree with you! I think comfy sweat pants and over-sized sweatshirts are definitely the way to go!

i have heard this too but i have also heard that even though trends come back into style, they are just a little different than there were before.

I am born in the 90's but I could see what the 80's look like. Yeah, I love the way people dress but what I don't like is the hairstyle. I think it's fluffy. LOL. Anyway, I also love the 40's to the 60's. Women dress with class and elegance mostly unlike the women of now.
