I try it with milk and sugar its help, but bored to eat the same menu every day and I have One big jar full of oatmeal. Does anyone have simple recipe for me.

Mmm, oatmeal for breakfast is so good for you!
There are so many things you can do with your morning porridge to make it much more tastier.
Add some sunflower seeds, flax seeds and sliced almonds, toss in a handful of raisins and maybe a few dates.
I have seen some people add a chopped up (half of) apple. That is very good!
I never use milk or sugar on my oatmeal and I only buy the whole Oat Flakes. Not quick oats or anything like that.
I eat my oatmeal with a dash of essential (seed) oil or a splash of maple syrup and that's it.
Also you can add other whole wheats too. Barley flakes, Wheat flakes and the like.
Check out the bulk food section of your grocery store or better yet a health food store to be able to get familiar with the variety.
Experiment and then make your own mix.
To cook up a pot of just plain oatmeal is boring so I can completely understand you're wanting to spruce it up a little.
Hope this helps.

nagisha, you are most welcome. I know what you mean about boring!
I just my whole Oats in the bulk section of the grocery store.
I have recently started eating what is called Muesli. It is awesome and tastes great too. There are flax seeds, sunflower seeds, dates, raisins and almonds already in it.
I pick it up in the cereal section of the grocery store and makes for a really nice change too.
Lately I have been putting a tablespoon of Maple Syrup on my Muesli after I cook it before I eat it. Delicious.
have fun and Enjoy!
Eating our oats every morning is so good for us!

I don't think that any thing can make that instant oat meal taste good. Try to find some steel cut oats. They have a much better texture and is more inviting than that paste of instant oatmeal. It takes longer to cook but it is worth it. I make a batch and freeze in single serving sizes. I cook it in my slow cooker. I then sweeten it with Molasses. Sometimes I add a maple flavoring or cinnamon, or some peanut butter. My kids like to add brown sugar to with raisins. If you can't find any where you live try ordering on line. It is well worth it. I have also found it at health food stores.

My favorite way is to take a trail mix, (one with dried fruit and nuts, not one with the chocolate, though that might taste good too..lol)and then a spoonful of honey and I have a delicious, healthy breakfast..

Try adding a little cinnamon. Maybe some maple syrup and brown sugar. What about fresh fruit. I hate the taste of oatmeal! But I have a daughter that loves it. Sometimes we experiment with different things we think would taste good. Happy Experimenting. dl

I buy seasoned oatmeal. usually brown sugar, or something like that. Put a little butter in it and add some salt. If you don't like oatmeal, then chances are you may not find something that tastes good to you.
