Usually i don't. my breakfast is at 8 or 9 am, lunch sometimes on time around 12:30 to 1 pm and dinner at 8 or 9 pm...hahaha because of this I sometimes lost my appetite to eat properly. So I consume less than when I'm eating on time. Now its somehow affected my body, not gaining any weight. do you do this?or are you already skipping your meals...

I was very punctual in eating my breakfast, lunch. tea time snacks and dinner. Whaw what a appetite I used to have, as I will be waiting eagerly to eat the food prepared by my mother. After I started eating at restaurants and the food prepared by my wife, I become a irregular eater.

when I was still in my parents place I eat when the food is ready but when I had my own family I also became an irregular eater though I know that's it's not good for the body. But I do let my kid eat his food in time, I don't want him to be like me.

I am not very much of a time keeper when it comes to eating. But yes mostly I do have my breakfast, lunch and dinner at around the same time(well not always the exact time but I do try). But sometimes I skip breakfast and when I do that, I get a really bad headache which stays for atleast 24 hours.I try not to mess up my eating because of this one reason.

I am not at all a very disciplined person. But still I feel like its good for me to take every meals specially the breakfast in time. Skipping meals may prove harmful. Most of the time I prefer homemade foods.Every time its not possible to maintain a fixed time. But I try to take my dinner within 9pm. I go for work,so I take my breakfast within 8am.The time of taking lunch is somewhat fixed. During holidays,I am free, and I usually don't maintain any time limit.

Hi grayscyhthe. Me too. I don't take my meals on time due to my working schedule. I eat breakfast here at home around 3am then lunch at 4pm or 5pm then we no longer have dinner because we have to sleep early because my work is at 4am. So what happens is that we skip dinner most of the time. But we have some food readily available in case we get hungry at the middle of the night. Good day!

Since I go to college up to now, usually I don't eat on time :) I will just eat whenever I feel the hunger. Maybe because when I was in college usually our schedule even fall on the time that we are supposed to have our lunch break. Sometimes at 12-1pm we still have a class so we need to finish the class first before we could it. Although we are allowed to eat on our class but of course it was just a sandwhich or any easy to eat and less distracting food.

I have my breakfast at 10-11 am (yes, I still call it breakfast because the meal is good as breakfast), my lunch is around 2 pm and dinner is probably the only meal on time - 7 pm. I suppose it's because of the time I use up for sleeping, I usually wake up around 9 am - 10 am and I have coffee right then. After a while I have my meal so even about 12 noon, I am still quite full. I know it's not healthy, but I just make up for it by eating healthy food (not necessarily meals) every 4 hours.

Oh goodness not at all. I work really weird hours. So sometimes I'm eating my main meal at noon, other times at 8pm. Sometimes I sleep in and don't eat a breakfast at all other times I eat at 6am. It's sooo hard to eat regularly the way I work. I try my best to eat 3 meals a deal and can't even always do that. Sometimes it's just 1 meal. I know it's unhealthy and definitely not helping my weight loss but my schedule makes it very difficult :/
