THE REPUBLICAN DOMINANCE WITH BUSH AS A PRSIDENT HAD MADE THINGS FLOW SMOOTHLY ALMOST WITHOUT ANY HINDRANCE FROM THE OPPOSITION.WILL THIS REVERSE WITH THE DEMOCRATS GETTING A MAJORITY IN THE US CONGRESS.
