Hi Ahmed, To be fit and healthy is very important for each and every individual. Try not to eat food portions that are larger than your fist. Have fun while incorporating activities into your family life. Do something everyone enjoys in your own backyard or at a neighborhood park. Softball, basketball, jumping rope, or playing Frisbee with the family dog all require movement, and usually brings some laughs. Walk several times a week, even if you just walk to an area park to shoot a few hoops. A walk is great for everyone, and often a time kids will have a conversation with you they otherwise may not have had Keeping healthy and fit involves emotional wellness as much as physical. A family that eats together, and stays active is more likely to enjoy emotional wellness while being physically fit. Thanks.

wow aira! what a information u told me, its great. today in the morning i waz walking for half an hour n in the evening i waz walking n playing cricket also. nw in my home i am feeling little bit comfortable then before. i think early to rise and early bad and taking physical exercise is also need for me. it helps my muscles and nurves to work properly. i think i should need 2 follow this above rules to keep my body fit

There are many ways to keep fit and healthy. Exercise and healthy diet are a good way to that. Good number of sleeping hours counts also.

well diet balanced is mandatory in that case. because a balanced diet contains all the food value. to keep fit we should drink plenty of water and taking exercise and so on by the way tanx for ur response

The key to achieving a healthy and fit body is to have a healthy lifestyle. You need to include healthy food in your meal such as fruits, vegetables and foods that are rich in fiber such as oat and cereals. it would also help if you exercise regularly and maintain a positive outlook in life.
