In my 10th standard after lunch hour we have a social period which is so bore to me, that time i used to get sleep but because i used to sit in front bench i used to control like anything. I felt asleep one day and caught by my teacher. I felt shame. But in my work place if i feel sleepy then i go to wash room and wash my face and become fresh. Because i always remember the day i slept in school and fell guilty.

I have been a constant classroom sleeper. I used to sleep in the class mainly in physics and history hours. Teachers have caught me and sent me out on several occations. Sometimes i just fell down on the desk and hurt myself while sleeping. Some teachers told me to get out, wash my face and come . Many of my friends were also classroom sleepers

Wow what a deep sleep arunvenu! Imagine you fell down!! Gosh! The teacher would definitely notice you, and I guess some of your classmates who know that you are sleeping laugh at you too somehow...

It happened to me so many times but I was not caught by my teacher cause I have a very long hair and I used it to cover my face. When the teacher is giving a lecture, I always bow my head and put my hand on forehead and lean forward and let my hair down. It was so effective. Or maybe the teacher already knew I was sleeping but just let me. lol

And for that p3ks626, you should pamper your hair... Have a relaxing hair treatment in a salon... your hair saved you many times and so you owe your hair for that!!! Long hair can cover lots of things...

I did it during elementary days but now that I am in College, I have to stay awake and active for me to absorb everything that is being taught to us. Soda works fine with me, every time I drink soda, I am fully charged and ready for some action! =D

heheh...reminds me of when i was in high school. the teacher caught a bunch of us nodding off slowly during her lesson. what can i say? she made a boring subject even more boring with the way she was going on...and on.. anyway, about one-third of the class was 'head-banging' (our term at that time for nodding off and sleeping, and then suddenly jerking your head out of it and waking up - just like head banging). so this poor teacher got so upset that she just shouted out cynically, "if you all don't want to study today, then just put your books away and sleep on your tables. if anyone saw what happen, it was almost like choreography, the whole class simultaneously put their books away and heads on their arms on the tables and closed their eyes! teacher left in a huff.. the headmaster came in, and i heard he actually laughed when he heard the teacher explaining :) but we still got our detention...which was cool, because we could sleep off a hot afternoon in an air-conditioned detention room :)

Hi, tuyakiki. I have never fallen asleep in class before. I may have dozed off or became extremely drowsy. I did take a nap at home today. I have been doing so for the past two days. I have felt so much better when I did wake back up.

Hey I sleep everyday in class! I don't think it's my mistake. Because, in classes that are interactive and interesting, we don't tend to sleep. But in classes which fail to tickle our brain, we tend to sleep like hell. It's all because we are not interested in that class and we are forced to attend a class that is not interesting!

oh no, I don't ever fall asleep in class. If the teacher caught us doing that, we would get into trouble and getting into trouble is not fun at all. If we don't pay attention in class, we will not know how to do our classwork or homework later and we will not be able to ace our tests. That's why it's important to get enough sleep at night so we don't end up falling asleep in class.

Well this happened to me when I was in college. I didn't realize that I was sleeping already... I was so tired because before that subject, I and my classmates in other subject, group mates actually, went to Laguna to do our feasibility study... We were out early morning and I took us up to 4pm there. Hurried back to manila to attend my other subjects. It was so hot and traffic... Very tiring really... luckily, the proffesor didn't see me sleeping in his class.... I was really tired and sleepy, my eyes are closing really and there is no point of attending my other subject coz, all the lectures for sure, my mind would definitely not going to absorb so I just decided to go home instead... I think it is better than to be seen by the professor sleeping while his doing his lecture... Happy mylotting to you too tuyakiki!

I am at work now, and I am feeling very sleepy. It's just past 1:30 in the afternoon. Of course, it doesn't help that I only got about 4 hours of sleep last night. And I seldom drink coffee, so I am really drowsing here. Thankfully, I am here in myLot. So at least I could keep my mind awake.
