Do you think money is one source of happiness for some people nowadays? Does your being happy without money affect you at all?

Money is truly one source of happiness nowadays cuz if you don't have money, you can't have most of the luxury the present life offers. It's true that there are other sources of happiness but let's be a realist here, money makes our lives go round and round.

Yes. But why not have both happiness and money? You can be happy with money especially if you know the fact that you can pay your bills on time and not have to worry because you don't have money to pay them. Why not bring happiness to others with money by treating your love ones with gifts or get together activities. :)

We can not deny the fact that money is important and we can not survive without it. To some extend money can also bring happiness to our lives since we can afford our needs and wants but money should not be the center of everything. As the saying goes, the best things in life are free.

Money alone does not make one happy.. it can make you content in a way, you will have less to worry about if you have enough of it.. but true happiness is achieved by living a meaningful life, finding pleasure in everyday life, working in a job that you love, spending time with people that you love and care about, family etc., things like that :)

I once heard someone excitedly exclaim that, "money doesn't buy you happiness but it sure as hell buys you a lot better class of depression!" To some degree that's very true. But money should only be a minor factor in determining the true measure of happiness. There is so much more to take into consideration, such as family, friends, love, and the achievement of personal goals. While I agree that the happiness of some people comes down to monetary value rather than self worth, I believe that most people would rather be happy and poor than rich and miserable.
