Honestly in my opinion, its not important which gender is cheating the most, but rather why this cheating is going on in the first place. What causes someone to cheat? Well it could be they are unhappy in their current relationship, they want to play the field, aren't feeling as connected to their bf/gf/spouse. There are many reasons and I think this is what we need to really key in on. Its not a gender competition of who looks better as a person based on who's cheating more.

Best respond I read so far. Kill the root of the problem is the best solution to solve this cheating issues.
About the question, who's more of a cheater, maybe its boys or girls maybe both. It depends on the cultural background and relationship they have.

Judging by the people I know and the people around me it has to be about even. Although personally I do know more women that have cheated, they are still cheating with men who are in relationships too.

I don't know of any study about this but I guess it may be head to head on that. I have noticed even events from multiple people. Say take ten people for each gender and set a test, will probably result interesting to know.
