Just wanna share this experience of mine earlier. I used to go at the gym every morning to have a great body and good health. Earlier i lifted 150 lbs. of steel plates on a back equipment. It really feels great, i only used to lifting 150 pounds on chest equipments and bench press but when i try lifting that weight for the back, it made me really feel good. How about you? Are you enrolled on a gym? And how much weight can you lift? Can you share some diet tips too? And did those fat burners have no side effects?

How much do you weigh? I have maxed 200 on bench and I weigh 140. On leg press I did 540 as well.

Oh i am heavy, before i weigh 260 pounds, nor after a month of workout i weight 240 and then after another month i weight 200 i guess it is really a rapid loss of weight isn't it? Anyway I can also lift 200 lbs but with a spotter.

O i see, i thought i am weak that is why i brag about it when i lifted that heavy. I saw some guy here at the gym lifting 200 - 300 lbs. of steel plates. And i am really amazed but I am really not dreaming of lifting those cause I am still afraid of major damages if accidents occurs and i only firm muscles not monsters body. I am not much in using treadmills, i always do some abs exercise. I do jogging sometimes but everyday i am on the gym.

it's okay. it's a great accomplishment for you my friend. never mind those people who can carry that heavy weight. you will come to that. don't push yourself too much or else you will feel exhausted. just enjoy the workout and be surprised withh results. like this one...you can now lift 150lbs!

I have never do lifting exercise. Though am on physically tough but I don't think I have the strength to carry heavy steel plates. I think it will smash my bones to pieces with that weight. I dare not attempt to take fat burners. I am skeptical of all these slimming tablets in the market. I rather lose weight slowly by walking everyday.

I share the same thinking with you about fat burners, some guys used to ask me but i told them it is much better for me to drink water than taking those pills. Thank you so much for the response.

Whew. You can lift more than I weigh. A lot more. I am not enrolled in a gym. I have a mini-trampoline and some other exercise toys though. My bowling friends laugh at me because I can only lift a 6 pound ball. Can't knock many pins down with a little ball like that, but I have very delicate wrists.

O yeah i can but can only stand for about 20 repetitions on that weight, anyway in bowling, wrists is the most important.

Wow thank you so much, this is really helpful, i didn't know that bread can make us fat also. I am starting to loose weight now with plenty of diet and going at the gym everyday, in the past 6 years i only weight 180 lbs then i stop playing basketball i weigh 260 pounds and then when i start to work out I rapidly loose weight for 1 month i loose 20 pounds and then so on..
