What is the real meaning of this "Love is Blind"?

For me this statement simply means that if you are in love with somebody, evrything you will see in him/her is just about right for you, be it physical, or social or anything.

When you say that "Love is Blind" it simply connotes that a love rises between two individuals no matter what. In simple terms, despite all the individual differences between two odd people, love still arises.

love is blind means that because of love something people will allow others to treat them in a wrong and dont want to see it, this is a case with most abuse women, they are blinded by love.

Well this is what I think it means. It means that you are in a relationship with someone who isn't really treating your right but since you are so intranced with them, or in love with them, that you overlook the bad ways they disrespect you because after all "Love is Blind".

For me, Love is blind means that no matter how a person looks like physically..or whatever her/his attitude is, you will still love them back =) It's almost like unconditional love ^^

The girl is rich and the boy is poor but they still love each other. We can say that love is blind because love cannot see the financial status of a person. When a beautiful girl fall inlove with a ordinary boy or vice versa. We can say that love is blind because it cannot see the physical appearance of the person. The only important thing is you are happy with him/her. Well not so sure with this but hope it still helps. Cheers!

Love is Blind means love doesn't care who two individuals will fall in love. Love doesn't care about looks/status in life and aesthetics. Love can happen to anyone, that is what it means :)
