Since it's your first time, I would suggest using personal for now...at least you can still change it to premier if ever you change your mind. Because once you chose premier, you won't be able to change it to personal anymore.

If possible.. I think you should setup a personal and a premier account. You can transfer money back in forth between both accounts. If you setup just a personal account they only let you withdraw a small amount each month. Premier accounts give you more flexibility. I have both a premier and a personal account.

I would say that it is better to have a premier account. It is totally free, so you do not have anything to loose. I think that depending from your country, you can become verified using a debit card. In order to register and start receiving money you do not need any card, you will need this in case you want to become verified, which is a great plus.

Hi, valentina. I first started off with a Personal account. But after after a couple of years later, I was able to upgrade my account to an Premier account. If you are going to be having money sent to you, constantly, in a given month, it is better to have an Premiere account. I have one now, and I do have a debut card too. You can try contacting Paypal to ask them if you are eligible to upgrade your account or just switch to the Premier account. Also, ask them about having a debit card too.

Hello Velentina It makes no difference if your account is a personal or premier to recieve payments from other people or sites. But some sites do though require that you have a verified paypal account to make payments.
