Let me ask you,how was your sleep last night?did you have a good one?were your neighbors not able to disturb you with your sleep?what about when you wake up this morning?how was it?did you have a complete sleep?did you take a breakfast before going to the office?what about your whole day in office, how was it?was there a full of load or job? It is very important that we complete an 8 hour sleep everyday,so we will have a good mood when we wake up in the morning. And if we have a good mood,we can finish our job with a smile in our face even though it is very tiring. With me,i don't usually get an 8 hour sleep because i do mylotting but still i get to manage my mood.I still get to smile.what about you?share your point of view..

Yes indeed. A good sleep can get you good mood the next day. I usually go beyond ten hours and it really gives me boost for the day. And the mood it brings is just great.

You should try sleeping up to ten hours sometime. Maybe it'll work for you. :)

Sleep palys important role in the life. 8 hours sleep is good but not for me. I have to finish my thesis within 2 months. I'm afraid to sleep because my work will not completed. But, sleep is important in order to get your energy back, to make you relax. Sometimes i cant sleep all nights.

making thesis is one thing that i really hate to do.it is really hard. it will really take time for you to finish it.you have to conduct several researches for you to get all the information needed for your thesis.

i always had a good night sleep. especially last night that i wasn't so tired because there was no work in the office yesterday. as it was holiday in the city, i stayed most of the time at home after the program at the park. but i am also not getting a complete 8 hour sleep everytime. but most of the time, i still wake up early so i cannot be late for work.

Yes, it's very important to get your sleep in, but I'll tell you as a parent it's not always possible - hee hee! My sleep was "decent" last night . . . not great, but I felt well rested for the most part by morning. I have a 5 year old who sleeps fantastically, but I also have a 5 month old who is still nursing - so I get up every 3ish hours or so. But last night he was running a fever, so I had to take extra care of him. We are in an apartment - and luckily our neighbors are quiet . . . plus the fact that noisy college kids have been sifted out of this complex - hee hee. I am a stay-at-home mom . . . everyday breakfast is a must for all of us (that's the most important meal of the day). My son is actually sleeping quite well today as we finally stayed home all day for once . . . but occupying my oldest one can take a lot of energy. But I'm mostly ready for that challenge - ha ha. So, in short, even though I have to wake up every few hours at night, my body has gotten used to it - so I think I'm managing well. It'll be nice when I can get full hours of sleep again though . . .

Yeah, long hours of sleep gives good mood. I'll sleep only 5-6 hours a day and have an afternoon nap even every other day to enjoy a wonderful day if I can't take a nap I feel weak and moody to work.

I agree with you. Good sleep is important for good mood. Though I seldom get a good sleep at night, mostly due to activities (being here is one...) And that sleep of 8 hour is best in night time. I say that because I get to sleep in parts, and even if they add up to 8 hours they are not sufficient. My sister said 4 hours is enough!

I slept late last night. I slept at 1am already. I watched a korean series that i need to review. My neighbors were already sleeping during that time. Some were playing Bingo outside but their noise do not bother me. I wake up as usual at 6am. I feel sleepy though. I don't have a complete sleep, 5 hours is not enough but good thing I still be able to wake up on time. It is important for our health to have a complete sleep of 8 hours. sometimes even I slept for 8 hours, my mood still change as the day goes. It depends on the problems that I will encounter. I am still thankful that I can be able to sleep eventhough less than 8 hours. And what is important is waking up!

Yesterday... I was very tired out of heavy work... so that I could not run in the ground (usually I do everyday both in morning and in evening)... so, I went to my home and took a nice bath... had a nice sleep... before that, I had put my cell phone in silent mode... so that even anyone call me... the ringtone will be silent and could not comes to my ears... And today morning... my mom is preparing food, it will be nice only...

Nice discussion. Sometimes it's nice to sit and enjoy the little things in life. Unfortunately my sleep was not all that well. Ever since I got back in the country (about 4 days ago?) my back has been hurting TERRIBLY (I blame the ten hour plane ride..In coach seating of course - terribly uncomfortable might I add!) and I was too rushed to eat breakfast. But work was just fine and I'm about to hang out with a friend I haven't seen for weeks...So, in my book, life is great right now!

That is so true Rberon, we need to have complete hours of sleep so that we could function very well in our work. I myself experienced having not enough sleep and as a result I cant even concentrate on my job. I just go home earl and file a half day leave because I cant control my self in falling asleep. Since then, I make it a point that i will be having a complete hours of sleep.

I don't get 8 hrs sleep on weekdays cause of work. Most of the time my dog wakes me up to get out of my room so my sleeping time gets disturbed. I have to wake up early but I condition myself everytime im going to work if not I'll be sleepy for the whole day.

I make sure that i get a sound sleep for atleast seven hours each day---if i have some work or busy with something important then those are exceptions.Good that i do not have noisy neighbours lol else it would have been such a heck .Good sleep can keep you active too through out the working hours.great day.
