Is shopping really fun or not?

I have recently realized that I am really not the kind of girl that adores long and extended shopping trips, especially at clothing stores. Even though I absolutely adore clothes to a most likely unhealthy level..I still hate shopping to an extent. The main reason is because I get so sleepy whenever I shop for long periods of time. Also even more importantly even..I HATE and I mean hate hehe trying on millions of clothes. Maybe its because I am lazy, I couln't tell you. All I know is that whenever I go to a store I dread trying on clothes. Its not even because I hate seeing the end result, its really just the action of trying on clothes. I am the kind of person that likes to go into a store and know what I am going to buy ahead of time and then get OUT asap! hehe. Who else feels this way? I probably sound like a guy because of what I have just said...no stereotype implied haha.

I can't shop at this very moment because my family is on low income,and I can't work right now because I am sick. but I am dying to get a job soon and I'm desperate to buy new clothes!!!!! I love modeling, so I really enjoy buying outrageous/cute/sexy clothing. it's the thrill of shoppin
I used to feel that way when I could shop often, now I truly am more appreciative whenever I can shop and for me it's become exciting all over again :) just the experence of choosing what looks nice on me, I think is fun...so enjoy it as long as you can afford it

I am on your side. I hate shopping and I mean HATE. I am the only girl in my family and the only girl out of six kids so I always thought that was the reason, growing up a tom-boy. And I feel the same, I want to go in and out as fast as possible. like with grocery shopping I have an exact list and try to get in and out, but my husbands the opposite. He likes to stroll down all the rolls just incase something catches his eye that I don't have on the list. IT drives me so crazy!!!!! But believe me you are not alone.

Yea we are totally on the same page. I am so lucky that my boyfriend is the same way as me, so whenever we go into a store, we literally exit 10 minutes later or so, depending on what we are shopping for. If its electronics or something, I don't care as much, hehe.

Aw yea I know how that can be. It is rather depressing. Well, when you do have some money you can spare, make sure to treat yourself to a day of shopping :) Just don't go too crazy haha.

This depends on the situation. I love to go shopping when I have money to buy things i love. But when I am budgeting my money, it is not fun buying the stuff I need and looking at all the things that I want to buy. Anyway I don't go shopping that often which is good because I am safe from buying things I don't really need. lol..

Yea that is good you don't do it too often. Good to know you are not a shopaholic who constantly spends even when they know they don't have enough money. Have you seen the movie confessions of a shopaholic? Its quite hilarious hehe.

It depends on my mood whether I will spend a lot of time shopping or not. Shopping for me is relaxing but I don't overdo it coz I also have to watch my wallet out. I only like the real shopping and not window shopping. Window shopping in contrast makes me real tired coz I wont have a chance to get the clothes or shoes that I like.

I personally dont like going shopping. Unless I'm with a friend, then thats differant. I do most of my clothes shopping online and I'm really tiny so I know jus to order the smallest sizes. :)

Yea its always better when you have someone to go with I guess. Its also great to know your sizes. I prefer shopping online over anything else! :)

shopping would be fun when you have a lot of money and have a lot of friends to share your bought items. i always feel happy when i am looking or buying for a friend ( a gift, present, etc.) well... sometimes though shopping can be frustrating especially if you cannot find what you are looking for! sometimes you just need more time, more places to go before you get to find the exact product, shirt, blouse, item, perfume, make up, that you want. its a battle in itself.

I like to shop only if I have the money to shop. Oh except for around Christmas time. Too many people. The only day I really love to shop for Christmas is on black friday. I like getting all the good deals and I don't mind that its crowded as long as no one gets hurt.

My mother-in-law can literally spend the entire day inside a Ross or Marshall's. My mom only shopped if she absolutely had to, and then she went in, got what she needed and got the heck out. I am somewhere in between. I like doing a little window shopping sometimes, trying a few things on, etc., but at some point that gets boring...

Shopping is not fun only when everyone around you in the store or mall has money and you don't. for me its only boring then, in fact its down right frustrating lol.
Other then low cash-flow issues I love shopping in fact I wish I could shop more often hahaha.

If your weight doesn't fluctuate and your size is mostly the same, you can just shop online.

There are lots of things other than shopping. If you feel bored with shopping then do the rest things. 3 types of people go for shopping:
1. Some people who are desperate about shopping; they tend to browse shopping malls for nothing, just for the sake of habit.
2. Some go for shopping to enjoy the leisure time.
3. These people only go for shopping for serious reasons, to purchase.
You decide which phobia you would prefer.

Oh of course lol, I am 19 years old. That's one of the main things my friends ask me to do on the regular. I hate shopping alone for sure, but even with friends for long periods of time..its a drag.

I enjoy shopping offcourse but i dont like spend more than three hours on it.Genrally my shopping mood last for one to two hours only.After that i really get tired and annoy.When there is marriage or some other ceremony and lot of shopping i do shopping in breaks.Means i take break of one hour and eat somewhere little bit before starting my sopping once again.

It depends of your mood. When you feel good and when you are happy ofcourse it is fun. For me shopping is good when you really know what you want to buy. Shopping is not big fun when you spend hours and hours in malls searching for something and you cant find it or it doesnt suits you. For me shopping is not fun when you bring a lot of friends too.

You seldom find me shopping alone---that would be the boring thing i can do in my routine.we are a bunch of friends who shop at the nearest mall---we pick up clothes at discounted prices or when they're off season we can save our money as we do not wear them beyond six months---so it would be such a waste to spend big money

For me shopping is really a fun and good timepass.But when i dont like to go because of tiredness then nothing i can buy.So for me to make shopping a fun i should be in a good mood.

Shopping can be fun if two things are true. one, you have to kind of know what you want. two, you have to be able to afford it. i would hate to go shopping knowing that i dont want anything and can't afford anything

Well for me its fun if you have lots of money but if you dont have that i think you better go for window shopping lol;) shopping excites me alot and i dont know why and it also fulfills me.=)
