Sometimes, I do the yoga but not everyday. It makes me relax and makes me more comfortable. They say that it drives away your stress. I can sleep well at night because of this too...

I'm not quite familiar to chronic constipation and I'm not quite sure if yoga can cure it up. But I guess I can somehow give relief on you. I've watched a show wherein a person had a yoga near the beach or anywhere close to nature and said that yoga somehow helped her and felt relief

I love yoga - well, when I can get to it. I took a class in my 30's (I was figure skating and taking dance classes . . . yoga seemed to fit right in). Many of us thought yoga was all about "meditation" - but it isn't all about that - and it's a great way to keep fit - not strenuous at all (although power yoga is another story). I learned all the beginning asanas among other stretches - I loved it! Now I don't have a lot of time to exercise . . . I do stretches that are geared for figure skating for when I do go back one day . . . but I also incorporate many of the things I learned in yoga. So I guess you can say I do "my" version of yoga - hee hee.

Yes. But now I don't have time to do all of it, so I do a modified version which is a short cut version - my way.
