Do you find yourself stressed more these days than say maybe like 4-5 years ago? And if you do how do you handle it? And why do you think these times seem more stressful than before?

For me it is more stressfull that before because i am getting older now and i have lots of responsiblity now unlike before when i was a student, but thats alright because i know how to handle stress, Just take a deep breath, relax your mind so that you could think;) and remeber that you have to be positive so that you wouldnt encounter stress;)

I do think that i am more stressed now than i was 4 years ago.I think alot of my problem is to do with wanting to go to work,but i am not fit enough to go back to work aswell as i have lots of problems at the moment todo with the kids.I also think that being stuck in the house do not help.

i do think that I'm more stressed out these days than I have been in the past- I have a few more problems now that I don't really know how to solve. Many are relying on me,too...It's quite hard, I get over it though--the stress, I just think that everything happens for a reason and all will be well one day- so I'll do my best to solve my problems and ask God for help.

You may try chamomile tea or green tea. Valerian is also said to be beneficial.

I don't know! maybe yes.. maybe because as we grow older we think of a lot of things and this makes us more stressful than when we were 4 or 5 years younger. We've got more responsibility today than we were 5 years ago. Maybe, we've got a family and kids to provide for or a different environment. There are many factors than can cause stress which can lead to severe depression. If I feel stressed, I tend to ask for support with my immediate family members and friends. Open up! a strong social support can help reduce the stress. But, if you think yours is a severe case, you need to seek professional help, where they can prescribe you medication and counseling.

Well its because of the lifestyle and the needs of life. When i was doing college, there was no stress except for exams, today its more because of work, which has more stress than those days.
