help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i m a student but i am having a very busy schedule the whole day, i am having my studying hours from 8AM to 7 PM without much break in between, it is really frustrating, when you reach back to your home, there is not much energy left in you, sometimes you even are separated from your family and friends, and also maintaining good health also becomes challenge, can anyone plz help me what should i be doing in order to just fresh my mind in between studying hours and try to maintain good health........

I took an extra class this quarter and I could understand what you are going through. I think it's important to take breaks. Whenever I start losing concentration while I am studying, I give myself a 15 to 20 minute break and get a snack. Usually after my break, I feel refreshed and could continue to work again. Hopefully the summer would come soon.

Try to take some rest. Try to sleep or maybe you can also go in the mall to shop. I am also a student and I feel what you are feeling. It's very tiring. We also have the same problem. My class begins 8am and ends 7pm, it is very tiring. I have a very stressful activities everyday. I am getting depressed because when I got home, I see no one but my roommate. I am living in a dormitory because my school is very far from my home. I really missed my family and it really stressed me out. When I have a free time I just watch the television and sometimes, I write in a diary to release the emotion inside of me. I am also taking vitamins to boost my resistance against diseases.

Hi there, sorry about your busy schedule but the key to being able to handle this situation is being able to manage your time. I don't want to belive that you study or learn all these hours with less than 2 hrs break in between because that is unreasonable.use your breaks wisely, allocate time for eating relaxing and if possible, short naps so you can feel better. Take heart cause this phase of your life will soon pass.
