Myself a non-christian, yet the belief in JESUS has worked wonders for me. He has answered my requests by way of comfort to my illness. A lot of relief has been secured when I turned to him for the same. He does definitely come to our aid in our sufferings, fear and anxiety and that too to a great level.Praise the lord!

How can you be a non-christian if you believe in Jesus Christ? I thought that was the diffinition of a christian. Do you mean you don't belong to a religion or church? Whatever, not to worry, what you are doing is working for you, just continue on.

The working is of quite a different nature. I rely on JESUS not within the confines of religion.

Yes, praise your Lord! I am an agnostic. I don't agree with the interpretation of alot of the scriptures by preists and scholars. I think people should have their own back bones and not give it all over to Jesus. And I really have a problem with people who just give it up to Him. I am glad it all works for you!

What is wrong if our dependence is on Him that comes to your rescue in times of trouble. JESUS ..his grandeur is unparalleled.

That's so true, no matter what you believe, if you call on Him He will answer you, even if it isn't the answer you are looking for. I am curious though, what do you mean by "Myself a non-christian"?

I meant the confines of religious faith. I believe in JESUS, but not a follower of Christianity in the true sense of the term.

Exactly. Belief should necessarily be free from the bondage of limitations.JESUS is the way.....no need of religion to reach him.

Oh like me??? Did you know the root word for religion is "bondage?" That's scary isn't it?? I follow Jesus and His teachings too, but don't want to be thrown into the typical "religious" sect also..

Jesus is most definitely the answer to my prayers. Even though I don't always get the answer I was hoping for, I know He is always there and He will never leave me nor forsake me. I don't know where I would be without Him, as I put my faith and trust in him everyday of my life. Any problems I have, I turn them over to Jesus and I know he will take care of them, as he has and will continue too as well. Without Jesus, my life wouldn't be complete. I read my bible everyday, once in the morning and once at night, as I am on a reading program where I read the bible in one year. I feel that since I have started that, it has drawn me so much closer to Him than ever before, and I will continue for as long as I am on this earth. Take care, and have a very good day, and alwasys keep Jesus in your heart.

Dear Sukumar, What a blessings to have a personal touch by our loving God ! He is indeed a very kind and caring God. Lord Jesus has shown me many blessings, and I am having a second chance in my life. He teach me to live life to the fullest. Previously I am a workaholic and very money minded. Now, I learn to live life, even though I am not rich but our Lord has blessed me and my family with many overseas trips, laptop, handphones, iPods and many more. I still remembered when we are leaving Orlando after a wonderful vacation at Disneyland, Florida. As we step out from the buggy...out of a sudden we look up at the sky and what a wonderful message we saw. A jetplane flew across with the word "Jesus Loves U" as the picture / image attached below. I truly hope that you will grow in the Lord and be blessed.

I am both a Christian and I am a believer. I feel that throughout my life there has been a lot that has happened in my life that I think is because of my asking for support and guidance. The one time that I prayed the most in my life was when I was pregnant with my son following a pregnancy loss. I prayed every day that my pregnancy would go to term and that I would have a healthy baby. Thankfully that did happen for me and I am so thankful for it.

My favorite part of Him is the way he answers prayers..It's not like he just comes out and gives you what you want he gives it to you with a twist to it that usually teaches you a lesson.. I like that it keeps me on my toes

In my life for a small thing also I used to ask GOD and he will do it for me. He is not only GOD to me my dear Father who is very near to me always. He comfort me when I was in distress, help me when I was in trouble, guide me when I want to choose a right path. Thank you JESUS CHRIST.

Good to find people like you thinking along my lines. To be a believer in JESUS, you just do not have to be part and parcel of the advocates of the Christian religious faith.
