I'm interested jan sa Odesk but I'm not sure what that is about and kung pano yan. Pwede ba diyan yung mga wala pang experience sa work but is good in programming. And what are the available jobes there as well as the requirements.

as long as you are Eager to learn, and You can start NOW.... and passing Simple Tests at Odesk.com will you land the jobs you are Eager to work for with your specialty, programmers are highly demanded, majority of the jobs available are for Programmers like you... i am not a Programmer, but I am starting to learn with the Help of my younger brothers, and What is the Most advantageous Part here, is WORKING AT HOME...

I would say that any website selling you a used computer is going to have a 100% markup on it, with postage. (I looked into starting a website selling used laptops.) Try eBay or Freecycle, they have a network in your area. Asking around is the only way that you are going to find a basic, outdated, but still working computer at a bargain price. Good luck
