Is Google marking PTC related blogs as spam?

I have heard that the Google is marking blogs related to PTC sties as spam and delete them. Many PTC related blogs that are made using blogger blog, which is owned by Google are shut down in the past week and there has been talks that eventually all the PTC related blogs is going to shut down soon. A lot of bloggers have already switched to wordpress and other blogging service because of their removal of blog. Hos is this going to affect you?
