I really want to see the world before settling down with my husband to start a family but other than the obvious (Rome, Prague, Budapest, Berlin, Moscow, etc) I was wondering if there were any places that someone could recommend. Somewhere that is still full of history and sights but isn't always in travel books or TV shows. If you know any, please let me know.

I have already been ever so lucky to visit fifty different countries in the world. That is because traveling is my top hobby. My favorite countries that I have been to are Samoa, Australia, New Zealand, Belize and the Seychelles. I suggest smaller Mayan sites in Belize, Guatemala and Mexico. The coast is often where the tourists go and inland I found a lovely tree house to stay in. I would love to visit Madagascar and it is off the tourist trail. Happy traveling.

HOw about places that were mentioned in the Bible? Biblical places like Jerusalem, some places in Egypt, etc...I don't know why, but since I was little, I have this fascination of going to such places. I guess until now it's still a dream. Wish I'll have to money to travel around the world soon. I wish you and everyone here who have plans to travel a safe journey.
