The guy who reffered me to mylot was a close friend of mine and he said that he had been paid, im not sure how much though x

Everyone who reaches the minimum of $10 by the end of any month is paid on or about the middle of the following month.

I'm not sure how many people overall have been paid, but I do know that I personally have been paid!! Although that was a couple years ago and I just started on here again so we'll see how quickly they pay this time.

How much you can earn is entirely up to you.
Read the Guidelines and the FAQs so that you know what kinds of discussions are not allowed and will be deleted. Do not create or respond to discussions which violate the Guidelines because you will earn nothing from those.
Make sure that your responses and comments are descriptive and of good quality. MyLot rewards quality discussions and responses.
You are paid ONLY for your own participation (and for that of your referrals), so the more you participate and the better quality it is, the more you will earn.

If you are looking to make quick cash, mylot isn't the place to do so. You can make money, don't get me wrong. However, in order to do so, you will need to do a lot of writing and reading and making sure you can carry on a discussion with others. It is a lot of hard work.
If you have a grasp for writing, you might want to check out some of the sites that offer you the opportunity to write articles and such.
