There is a friend that you forgot about him/his, but he/she still remember and know who you are. SO, what will you do?

Several days, I met such friend, she called my name loudly but I don't know who she was. After we left each other's telephone number, on my way home, I remembered who she was.

well so can have some alibi. you can say this to him/her: oh sorry but i remember you but i'm not sure much..ah...where id we meet again?

i would hope that my inability to remember stopped soon, or i would feel horrible...
