Sleeping is really my number one hobby..or habit. I don't know but it just feels so good. It seems like I forget everything, especially problems, because when I sleep I feel like I'm in another dimension. There are things that are really priceless - things that will offer you true peace even just for a moment. How about you? Do you also like sleeping?

Sleeping is addicting like eating, and breathing are addictive. You need it to survive. Your body knows you need it, and it tells you that you need it.

Hey hunterkim, Whenever i sleep late, i always wake up late but sometimes for a strange reason i wake early. Anyways, nowadays i have the option to 'keep on sleeping' because i have a lot of free time, and apparently i have been doing that a lot lately. I don't understand it, i have the option to get up, but in then i always 'give in' and wake up like 2 hours after. Very weird really, it's like a dilemma. Oh and besides the point, I hear that when you sleep you grow more - lol. Regards, borg246

I enjoyed sleeping also infact that's my way of escaping from depression. Some can't sleep they problem to think over but I am different I can really sleep deeply. When I was a teenager I easily got asleep even first hour in the morning there was an urged to sleep. Even when I was talking to somebody, I fall asleep. Even riding in a jeepney, I asleep in short distance travel. When I was working I can't help but fall asleep during the first hour work. You could see me sitting infront of a computer pretending as if working but my eyes wa closed deep in sleep. I always spent my weekend sleeping the whole day even evry night I have a complete sleep hour of 6 to 10 hours regularly. But that habit has became a problem because I was not productive anymore. So I researched what to do until I found out that If I drink a cup of coffee per day, I am alive and kicking the whole day working at the office. Though during the night, I can't sleep at all. I got an insomnia due to drinking coffee. But I took it as a daily routine, and I found out I was addicted to coffee. And one thing, this condition in medical explanation it is called NARCOLEPSY - it is a chronic sleep disorder or called dyssomnia. If you experience extreme fatigue and fall asleep during daytime at inappriate time especially during at work or at school. A person who has this condition is called narcoleptic.

My friend has the same attitude as you! We were just talking about it yesterday. She treats sleeping like a hobby, whereas I treat it like a luxury that is my reward for a day's hard work. It does fell awesome though. ;)
