I joined Redgage less than 2 weeks ago, and felt so glad to receive the following email: "Congratulations scheng1! You have been chosen as today's winner of the RedGage Daily Contest. You can go to your Balance tab in your Account section to withdraw your funds. If you have any questions about how to withdraw from your RedGage Balance, check out the http://www.redgage.com/blogs/rghelp/your-redgage-account-tutorial.html. Make sure you keep your RedGage Visa Card because the next time you withdraw money from RedGage it will be electronically transferred onto that card. Please make sure to respond to this email or withdraw your winnings within the next 72 hours or a different winner will be selected. If you do not reside in the United States, please email us your shipping address. Cheers to making money on RedGage! The RedGage Team" The daily contest is $25. The best is that I get paid for uploading links to my blog posts, my articles in various writing sites. I also helped my friends to promote their blogs. It is such an easy money. Redgage is more fun than all the other social bookmarking websites. If you want to make easy money, you can consider joining Redgage. Please put my name as your referral. I would like to get more chances to win the Daily Contest again!

Spank Mommaj, spank Mommaj, why "if"? What if you dont start on Redgage until fifty years later? Then I will have to wait very long for my chocolate oh! Faster login, and upload a link or two. Once you get started, you can at least see a penny a day oh! That should be enough to take care of a meal in your retirement!

Hi Mommaj, *hammer your head*, of course it is real. Now I am waiting eagerly for the Visa! Too bad you never use the "cut whatever button" to access Redgage and get more links to your articles. You could have made a few hundred dollars from Redgage to buy chocolate for me! Hurry up, copy and paste all the links to Redgage. Hope you can reach the $25 minimum soon.

Hi SydneyHazelton, I am not the only one winning the contest. After I started this thread, AnythngArt (see the post above you) followed the instruction and won the contest too. I guess it is not that hard to win the contest. AnythngArt is doing far better than me in Redgage. I think her content gets featured, so her earnings is far more than me. She joined so long ago, and never learnt to use Redgage for backlinks. And within the past week, she earned about $30.

Hi Yugasini, you have to learn to make sure of Redgage. It is so much easier than mylot. since you can master the trick of earning from mylot, I am sure you can master Redgage.

Hi Yugasini, the initial stage of getting the blog ready takes a few hours. That is also my first blog. The writing is quite easy. I seldom spend over an hour writing blog post, and upload it. The difficulty is in doing the setup, since I need to decide on the template, the color, the font and all other necessary details.

Congratulations! And just a few days ago you were saying you were not that concerned about the contest! How much time each day would you say you spend on the Redgage site?

It's addicting! I know that I am spending more and more time over there myself! Scheng is no doubt addicted to the site. It is taking me awhile to figure things out, but I keep poking around and sometimes even run across information that I am looking for. LOL I have posted my profile page below, so let me know when you join!

Hi Canellita, I saw your comment in Jevitt. I wonder if you can use your blog as the url instead of your profile page in Helium. It serves no purpose to bring incoming link to your profile page in Helium. After all, nobody will search for your profile. they search for keywords and information.

I will have to look into that after I have more blog posts. For now I am just uploading links to my helium content. I am also reposting some of my low performing helium articles to AC to see if they get any views.

Hi UmiNoor, actually it takes less than 20 minutes to get the 60 points. Redgage allows up to 3 links from each domain, so I make comments in Xomba, and get the 3 links. The most important is to create a live link. Once I submit the comment, I copy and paste the link to Redgage. Since Xomba needs only 150 words for an article. I just do a short writeup about Redgage, put the live link and then copy and paste my About me profile. I submit the same article to Snipsly and Jevitt. In this case, I have 3 links from three different domains. Nothing that hard to do.

Hi scheng, So can you just copy and paste your comments for all the three sites which you mentioned RG? Maybe I should try it out. Do you do all these in a day? It has to be done in a day, doesn't it? Can you give me the link to the sites you've left your comments on so I can see how it's done? Sorry to bother you so much. I just need an example to model after. Thanks so much for the help.

Thanks for the tips. You're very helpful and so hardworking. Must have taken you all day to do all that to get 60 points. Don't the points reset every day. So if you don't work hard the whole day and get as much points as you can, it'll be a total waste of time? I can't spare that much time. I steal time here and there because I have so many house chores to attend to and my husband .... oh I won't start with that. Too personal. Anyway thanks for the tips. If I find the time I will try to enter the contest. But I doubt it. My children are all so dependent on me. And my husband is the biggest child of all. LOL.

Hi Scheng, that's great news. I was just over there, looking around for information on the contest and how to participate. I am gradually learning about the site, and using it more and more. I am trying to include new articles every day, until I have all my writing linked there (a long process, to be sure). I also met an old friend there (someone from online that I knew at another site and hadn't connected with in awhile). So glad you told us about the site. Now I see that it has paid off for you!

My blog (book reviews) is already going to RedGage automatically, but I am linking articles from Associated Content and Helium and Gather. I try and do some every day. Is there a limit on the # of points from your blog for the daily contest. When I do the pull-down menu, there are so many articles there from my blog...LOL, things I had forgotten I'd even written!

Wow Anything, maybe you should make some of them into articles for AC and Helium. I haven't gotten back to redgage yet, but I will.

Hi Art, good for you. I think my little card is still waiting for the plane to take off! Just hope that the USD appreciates, so that I can have more money to spend. I wonder when Canellita is going to win the contest. Are you aiming towards the next winning? I think with your auto-posting of blog posts, you can win the contest every 2 weeks. Just leave some money for Mommaj to try her luck.

Sounds interesting and thanks for the information, however it seems like a lot to go through just to win a few bucks you know what I am saying. But maybe Im just not understanding what it is all about. I mean I kinda go lost reading your discussion a little. But it takes me a minute to understand all this internet stuff sometimes anyway you know. But if I do decide to join the site I will definately go through you blog page and that so that you can get your referral.

Hi La_lagur107, actually it is very easy. It just takes time to explain to someone who does not know much about social bookmarking. I joined there just 10 days, and earn more than $25. That is a very good deal. Plus this is not writing articles or something, just a matter of copy and paste. It is as if you read something interesting on the Internet, you copy and paste the link to share with your friends. Obviously you do not just copy and paste the link, you will copy and paste the part that you find interesting. That is all I did in Redgage. Except that I wanted to promote my blog posts, so I copy and paste from my blog. I just copied and pasted for a week, and my earnings from page views already coming to $1. If you join Redgage, and run out of things to promote, you are welcome to copy and paste my blog posts. I will be very grateful.

Wow! That's lucky. I wish I could be one of those lucky guys like you. =) I just thought that as time goes by, the chance of winning in the daily contest grows shorter just because the members are increasing. LOL

Hi Shockrayz, the chance of winning is very slim. I won just once, and cannot manage to win it another time. The contest is a bonus. My purpose of joining is to get more links to my articles. I have tried spending a few minutes just linking to some of the good articles by other writers. My earning shoots up to 10 cents after half an hour of work. I guess if I need to reach payout fast, I just have to keep posting links.
