Dear myLotters... There has been a lot of talk about what a lady wants since the time humans were divided into men and women.. . And since that time a lot has been done by many men to impress the ladies that they liked. To our asotnishment, the research has not yet been completed and I don't think there is an end to this research... So let us contribute a little to that research... What do they want? I have heard many million things about it ;). Some say ladies are after good guys or talented guys... Some say they're after Rich and Dumb fellows.. Some have said that they are after Muscle guys. What is your opinion??? I am sure that every lady has a different choice... So I request all the myLotter Ladies to come forward and share their opinion about their choice. Being a man, I feel that men will definitely participate here and share from their own experiences with ladies... Thank you!

Shhhh!! I haven't had a real man in a long time............my hubby is an invalid. I am terrible , huh? But......... Once he was a cowboy and did ride horses and bulls and we raised cattle and horses and went to rodeos, etc. We lived the country life and we loved .......... now, he's been stricken with lou gehrig's........ I suppose if I were younger and by all means smarter, I'd chose the same. A man who is nice loooking by my standards but who also loves animals and has no intention of ever being wealthy. He'd want sunrises and stars and want for me the same. Ok,now your turn, what do you look for in a woman???

Hi Quita... You have lived a life that I have always dreamed of. Trust me, I have always wanted to be close to nature and have always liked the old people for that reason... I wish I had my own farm, cattle, horses etc... I would like to spend the day working in my farm and then return to find my wife waiting for me.. How Wonderful!!! You certainly have enjoyed your life to the fullest, I must say... I have already found my perfect match. She is also from America, stays in SC. Very soon, we are going to get married... While writing these words, I have already started missing her badly... Have a great time!!

Yeah Quita, she is a gift from heaven. I wouldn't lose her ever.. I can't live without her. I guess she has her own garden in the back yard. So once I am with her, I'll be able to indulge with nature too.. Boy, what a perfect life that will be! My Queen, our little home and our happy life... Life will become perfect after our marriage... I miss her so terribly today... You have lived the most wonderful life Quita... Today's generation can't experience it. I am only 27 and I have missed a lot too.. Whenever I read about 'good old days' in different books or articles, I feel what I have missed... Have a great time, my friend...

I have lived an amazing life and much different from most. I think I've told you I've been raised by grandparents and they taught me quite well the joys of the land. LIfe was different back then------ah, back in the day LOL but honestly we didn't have the problems then we seem to have now. Our technology has taken the work out of labor and kids don't have to do chores and they do not know how to enjoy the back breaking experience of work and its pleasures. Even now when I run my fingers through my flower garden soil, so black and smelling so rich and hearty my mind races back to helping grandma in the garden. We canned then. WE ate well. WE didn't depend on a grocery store. We had our own meat. We had own cow for milk. I just wonder what the kids of today would do if they had to milk a cow for their milk?? But, back to you and your lovely lady! I also wish for you two to enjoy the kind of life I've lived. I think with our bad economy we all need to think about the art of gardening and taking serious thoughts of putting up food. Still I am thrilled for you and your woman. Time moves swiftly if you give it a chance. Stay close to her. She sounds a gift from Heaven. quita

Hey Mr. Pearl. I appreciate the fact that you even took the time to ask about this. In my opinion stop looking completely! I would like a man that didnt try too hard. I met my fiance after being single for a few years. I saw him everyday. One day I said to my self what a nice guy. Always looking good, very polite. We have been together ever since. TO me, money isnt the most important thing. The ability to respect and love each other and not stray away to others is the ultimate. Money is a plus but the fact that we have been together for 6 years and he still looks at me as if its the first time we met. Just be yourself. dl

Hi DL... Thanks for one more wonderful response... Trust me, I am not after any girl.. I have already found the lady of my dreams. I am not stuck anywhere. She loves me and I love her... We're crazy about each other... I started this discussion just for the information, which might be helpful for those who're still searching for their soul-mate... ... The way you have put your personal experience, is wonderful and guiding.. Thanks a lot for that... Have a great time!!!

At first I thought I wanted a strong silent type of guy. A bad boy with a heart of gold. A guy who was a little dangerous. But i could never find a guy like that, I finally was found by a guy who is kind, funny , witty and a good man and he Loves me.He is better than my bad boy daydream.

Hi Sarah... Many good girls have had dreams about being with 'bad guy'. But trust me, when they see a real bad guy, they shrink away. Because your hearts are too delicate and sophisticated to be with a bad guy... I guess, this dream about a bad guy vanishes when the girl steps into real life and finds her real, true soul-mate... Just like you have found!!! God bless you both.. have fun!

Yes Ifa you are right... He is human and that is why, he also can go wrong... There is another important point too... He is a man and you are a woman.. The two minds work differently and that is why, sometimes fail to understand each other... I am glad that you have been able to understand each other... Yes, I do understand my lady.. And she understands me more than I do! She is the most beautiful creature that God sent to my life. I simply hope that we'll be together for all life... Miss her a lot today!

Hi mr_pearl! Nice topic. At least now I know that men also think what women really and not always the other way around Every woman needs a man who knows how to truly love and care. Someone who will be there through good times and bad. Someone who will hold our hands and will tell us that's it's going to be alright when things get rough. It wouldn't hurt if he has a decent job and smells fresh everyday

Hi Caliya... Thanks for sharing and thanks for the compliment too, yes we men do think about what our ladies want... I am committed, so I always think about making my lady the happiest woman on the earth. Guys often fail to express themselves and hence are considered to be heartless, but that isn't true... I completely understand what is your idea of your guy... It seems kind of an Ideal Man... And I am sure you'll find one real soon... Good Luck!

What I want in a man is most likely doesn't exsist! I will not go into reasons why but He has to Mr.Perfect! Good looking, has brains,is sincere, sercure, will be there when I need him, will not be there when I don't want him to be,has to work around my schedule, will never put me down, will help me with my confidence,is goood in bed and will do what I ask him to do! He has to have no temper, have no kids,no major hang ups like with family or with addictions. Be totally understanding and will put up with any of my crazy nonsense! He his doesn't have this qualities forget it! I need a Mr.Perfect! Nothing else will do!

Hello Miss.. Your Mr. Perfect certainly is a man of dream and an impossible one to exist too... Trust me, you'll be able to find a guy with 80% of those qualities, which you are looking for... But not all of them... A creature with these qualities will be pretty robotic... Hope you find your love very soon... Have a nice time!
