I'm getting worried about Steve Nash.

He's getting beat up out there. A few years ago, he was thrown into the announce table like a pro wrestler. Now he's getting his eye messed up, looking like a welter weight going into the eighth round. I'm thinking they should add a new rule to the NBA playoffs. The Steve Nash Rule: Not in the face. I guess you could also call it the Manu Rule as well.

Steve Nash grew up in Canada. And Canadians play hockey. Hockey players always get bruised and nicked up like this. And they say that just like a good hockey player, if they get cut, they just go to the dressing room for repairs, and then come out again to finish the game. I guess that's what he did last night to sweep off the Spurs.

I figured he's Hockey tough, but the guy looks like a bleeder to me. I wouldn't be too surprised if he ended up with a Ric Flair crimson mask the next time he's busted open. *pictures Nash pushing the refs away, wanting to stay in the game and play it though.*

yes i agree with you he is not young anymore. When i first looked at the picture with his eye all bruised up i thought there is another brawl in the nba. yes he looked liked a boxer who has gotten beaten up in the ring. just hope of no severe injuries till the end of the playoffs

He'll probably be in much better shape(in the facial region) by the time the series against the Lakers gets under way. I just hope Artest doesn't get any bright ideas to get his team hyped up by that time.

Steve Nash will not to be denied. I think that its not the face that really matters, its how he can handle the pressure in the Western conference finals. Nash will totally bring out its A-game as he is just one series of grabbing the opportunity of making it on the NBA Finals.
